Walked in to get some food and no one was inside. Place was dirty and when I walked out the employee was sitting on the curb.

It would be nice if the caseys with a separate section for food would actually have it ready. The 3 sandwiches that were ready had the consistency of rubber. It's such a shame.

This place is great if you wanna talk to a robot, be misunderstood, and be left on hold for 20 minutes! Not to mention the disgusting bathrooms and poor customer service.

During it visit this place only took cash, luckily I had cash on me. The hot food isn’t that good is mediocre at best. The customer service is alright.

Frozen bread two different people trying to make one sandwich that only had 3 ingredients. They didn't seen to have a clue. I asked and received a refund that's the only positive comment I have.

This place was awful! And I hate to leave bad reviews! I try to find the good in everything! The toilet lid was laying on the waste bucket and you had to physically reach into the toilet (back) to make it flush! The place was disgusting, to put it nicely, and I was NOT about to add to it, so I did what I had to do! I told the “kid/guy” running the register about the toilet, and he just snickers and replies with “I could have told you that” thank god I’m only passing through and don’t have to deal with that place daily!! Management NEEDS to do something about that place!!

The other reviews are correct and it hasn’t improved. I visit other Casey’s often and have never seen on even close to this. Disgusting bathroom, overflowing trash, checkout line to the back of the store and the other clerk just left and said “I’ll be back tomorrow, maybe” rather than help to get them caught up for a few minutes. This may be kinda middle of nowhere, but it’s a premium location on the side of I-70. Send the district manager to surprise them daily, hire a fleet of secret shoppers, idc how you do it, if I were you I’d make this a priority. This store is damaging your entire brand.
