Ever since taking my vehicle I have had more issues with it and they had switched out the staff and not a fan of the one who worked with me. Will have to drive to another service center now.

The team at Subaru has been consistently accommodating to my needs. I recommend them highly. They have gone above and beyond when I've voiced an issue. Even though they are not the closest Subaru dealer, because of my experience there I will take the extra time to give them my business.

Made the buying process very stressful. I recommend going anywhere else. No communication between any department. I personally wish I would have gone elsewhere. Then after I purchased my car, I had service done, and they came to pick up my car. The guy who picked it up, drove 90mph, Turned the bass all the way up in my car, changed settings, and blew a speaker. The service team has no idea what they are doing. Will tell you anything. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely amazing service! I had an issue with my vehicle at another company, and Samantha helped me out so much, getting me in the same day I called, helping me file a claim, and even delivering my vehicle to me when it was ready

I would suggest you go elsewhere. Fast talking people who will do anything for a sale. Service department is even worse. Take the drive to one of the Subaru dealers in town, you'll be happy you did.

Parts department is very rude. Called multiple times and they would hang up on me. They didn't even know what I wanted and I wasn't being rude. Idk who was having a bad day but come on

The Sunset Hills Subaru service center is top notch. They were able to fit me in on a very busy day and I can’t thank them enough because my time frame is very limited… Because of their hard work I was able to stay on track with my own work flow. Excellent service

I have had all my services done at Sunset Hills Subaru. Wonderful Service managers. No problems with service. The only issue I have is that for major services the cost breakdown is nonexistent. Very hard to figure out what the cost is for each part of the service if you want to only get part of the service done. Not enough to knock off any stars though.Services: Wheel alignment

Working with Sean at Subaru in Sunset Hills location has truly been wonderful. I am officially now a Subaru owner and was able to get a great trade-in value for my car I had. I didn’t realize this process could be so simple, easy, and quite enjoyable! I had never ordered a brand new car and chose all the options that I wanted. Sean answered all of my questions, no matter how minor they may have been. He was always quick to reply back to any emails. I highly recommend working with Sean and Subaru in Sunset Hills!
