The staff communicated well, and kept me posted on the arrival of my tub. The two installers were great. They were very mindful of protecting my property adjacent to my new tub. Brad and team delivered promptly as scheduled and did a great job of explaining everything. Highly recommend! We purchased the hot tub at the St Charles Home Show. They were super helpful and not pushy at all. Love our new hot tub!
