Nice facility....HIGH and INCREASING rates. I've been a customer for 10 years. In the past 3 years, my rates have increased 66%, The original owners controlled their costs and kept rates low and competitive. The new owners have increased my rates EVERY YEAR> I'm done. There are less expensive alternatives in the lake area.
