Was having a problem with a set top box. Took it in andxwad given a replacement. Very friendly and professional. Total time in the office wasn't 5 minutes.

Nice new building With lots of windows to serve you. The drive to get into the building is somewhat hidden especially if you're coming from the South They need to mark it better so you can see where to turn

They had been very cordial and polite alert services from the installation to the few times I've had troubles they've helped me very much it's fiber optic in alive colors and it is really nice
