So I went to my storage unit after the last snow we had and lo and behold there was a large Dent or should I say bad damage to the back of my storage unit so large that it is now exposed to the weather I called the manager she did return my call and told me oh yeah that was during the last snowstorm a tire had come off a semi trailer bounced over the road and slammed in the back of my storage unit well inside the unit I have unfortunately a few Windows text to the rear of that right where the truck tire hit and two windows were broken I did inform the manager she offered me a different storage unit but did not say anything about compensating me for the windows that were broken moving would be very inconvenient for myself as I had to get help to get the stuff in there in the first place to this day nothing has been done to mitigate the damage to the personal property that is being damaged by the weather with all the rain and snow no effort has been made to weatherproof this nor has anybody wanted to see the inside of my unit to assess the damage of my property
