Needed a used tire, went o several places no luck. Went to Meramec Tire Center in Sullivan, they had what I needed. The tire looked brand new, lots of tread left, reasonable price, change over was quick. Will definitely go there in the future.

Traveling through. Low tires. The air pump at the gas station didn’t work. They sent me right back. Get all my tires checked and told me to have a good day. Would recommend 100%

I wouldn't give Meramec Tire even one star except I had to so I could share my experience.
Mom always told me if I couldn't say anything nice about someone, don't say anything at all.
Well, I'm sure mom would want me to share my experience with Meramec Tire, even though I really have nothing nice to say about them.
I hit a deer that broke out my drivers side headlight about 50 miles from home.
I was able to drive the car home, but noticed it kept wanting to pull to the left so I set up an appointment to have my front end checked for its alignment.
Well, they found out that it needed the upper ball joint replaced, but they took it upon themselves to replace it without giving me the ability to tell them I had a ball joint for it.
They changed $54.49 for the ball joint plus $90 00 in labor plus the $89.95 for for the alignment,which came to $248.06.
When I found out they replaced the ball joint without my approval or to even let me know it needed one, I explained to them that I had a ball joint for the car and wanted to exchange the one I had for the one they installed since they didn't even bother to let me know it needed one.
They wouldn't hear of it.
I went ahead and paid them what they said I owed them, but wouldn't let them do the rear brake work I also needed done.
It's like once bitten twice shy, I'll never trust them to do anything.
Seeings how Meramec tire has a monopoly on front end alignments in Sullivan I suggest finding a different town to have that done if you need one.

Very rude. I stopped in there with a tire that was going flat and the older man was very rude and didn't act like he wanted to help me. I would not go there again. I would drive around back and go to Walmart instead.

Very helpful staff, gave me options with prices for me to compare with other places. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't experienced the actual workers that put the tires on but if I do buy from them then I will update my rating.

Very rude the entire time. All I needed was an oil change, my warranty is supposed to cover. He said, “go take a seat then because it’ll be 3 hours” to get ahold of them. It took 1 minute. And proceeded to be extremely rude to me. If you’re a girl, do not go in by yourself because they will rip you off and treat you like you’re stupid.

Not at all happy. Went for a front end alignment, it wasn't bad, but planning on a long drive. After the alignment it PULLS to the right so bad. I have to take more time off work and drive back 30 miles fir them to redo it. And you can look at the steering wheel and see that its not aligned. So p.o'd. Wouldn't add a star, but you have to

Stand up guys, we had a flat tire right before a wedding. They were able to fix the flat in 10 minutes and get us on the road for only $25. Would recommend these guys to anyone

They get you in at a reasonable time (that day or next) and quick on their work. Fair prices in general. Not only is it great for tire work but also great for when you need to take your car for inspection. They have NEVER lied on inspection and they make it as stress free as possible.
