I had a great experience at Laura Chrysler. It was easy finding the right vehicle for me as they had several cars within my budget. The customer service Jeff Kohler (I think is his name) gave was great! He was polite and very pleasant to interact with. Maybe a little too talkative though. Overall, I recommend them to anyone and will be sure to go back again for any future purchases.

I’ve been looking for a charger for a little bit now and ended up finding one of their website. I submitted an inquiry and the next day Nathan reached out. Came in on 8/7 and Nathan made the whole process easy and smooth. Tim in financing was also amazing, he looked around and found me the best possible deal. Highly suggest these guys. Either I am very unlucky or this service department is almost impossible to get on the phone to get updates about your vehicle from. And they will try to work on vehicles they aren't certified to work on. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I called to make an appointment for my chrysler pacifica hybrid having problems with the high voltage battery draining when unplugged before going on vacation. They have me an appointment for the week before I left town. So far smooth sailing. Took it in they claimed they couldn't replicate the problem over the course of 3 days. I couldn't get them on the phone for most of the first day and I recieved no updates or responses via the text message stream they said I would be, through the initial message they sent me after dropping it off. The whole three days were me attempting to figure out what they were trying next. I brought it home and of course the next morning the problem still exists but it is now the weekend. Check engine light comes on the next day. I pull the code and call on Monday, but if course no one answers. Finally get someone on the phone in the late afternoon after the check engine light has gone away. Turns out they aren't certified to work on the high voltage battery system, but they didn't bother to tell me that they couldn't before wasting days of my time. Now I have a vehicle I don't fully trust to drive half way across the country in without an option that doesn't mean spending money on a rental car. The advice they have me was if the light went back off it is fine to drive...

The experience was great. I spoke to a human right away and was able to schedule my service for right away instead of months out. I dropped my car off in the morning and the service advisor let me know it was ready within a couple hours after drop off. It was all cleaned up and ready for me when I came in at the end of the day to pick it up. I would definitely recommend the Laura CDJR service department to get your services completed.
