The finance gentleman started off wanting us to sign over the title in which I stopped him then apologized for interrupting but I wanted to know what the interest rate is on this loan. He told me the rate only, then I asked with who. I asked about the rate at another preferred location which he said was at a higher rate. I asked about other rates and he stated they were all higher. I have bought many new vehicles and all have shown us the results and percentage rates of the other locations. How do I know if he only went through say a preferred institution. Just saying, I don’t know. We denied the extended warranty and that was it, his attitude changed and he didn’t say but maybe 5 words after that. He made copies of the paperwork and stated you will receive your DMV in 7 to 10 days. Again I never had that happen before, we normally get our paperwork so we can go DMV as needed. He didn’t go over any finance paperwork, it didn’t have our signature on it. He stated you all ready signed it on your phone. Very strange to say the least. This may very well be the way the dealer does business just wish we had a heads up. The salesman and all other staff I came in contact with were excellent. Laura Chevrolet/GMC does sell their vehicles at a lower price which I did research over a 100 mile area and Laura Chevrolet/GMC was hands down offering the best prices.

Adrian was great, he'd been keeping me posted since December on Deals that he had on his lot. I was just waiting for my check from the Insurance company to purchase another Buick Envision, my 2nd one. Adrian was very patient and kind. And showing me where to drop the car off for oil changes and maintenance. Everyone that had a hand in this was very friendly..Thank you for my 2023 Buick Envision. I love my Car...

Totally Ghosted! lol I was interested in a truck and was in communication with Josh and Pat about it though multiple emails. I was gathering information from them when they suddenly just stopped responding. We never even talked about a price yet. Which, BTW they increased after they ghosted me. I've reached out to them several times and nothing! That's poor business practice. Shame on them! I'll stay away, and suggest you do also.

I found Laura by word of mouth down in Memphis. I’ve bought several cars and trucks brand new from dealerships, and this experience was by far the easiest. Steve Stout reached out from my internet inquiry. He is a professional and knows his stuff. Every aspect of this sale from introductions, explaining options and features, finance, and general set up were all handled in the most professional way possible. I really appreciated the speed in which they provided me. I had to drive back to Memphis and getting me processed quickly made a big difference in my day! 5/5 stars. Will recommend.

Sales person should have known more about the features of the truck I purchased. Finance person could have offered options on different bank offers and interest rates
