As I read other customers reviews, I'm jealous that I didn't recv none of the great experience others have. I was in there evening before last and I guess I shopped too long, or I just look like a thief. I had an officer approach me saying d. g. Called on POSSIBLE stealing. (Officer was very polite). I was quite floored over the disrespect. I had several items in my cart, I didn't pay for, because after that, I decided not to pay for anything. I will never shop there again, and unless u plan on running in grabbing a CPL items and running back out, they'll prob call the police because there's a chance u might steal if u look at stuff too long. That clerk should be ashamed of her actions, and thank you for the free profiling.

Some things are a good buy such as non-grocery items. Wouldn't recommend going there for a gallon of milk though.

Love this store! The prices are great, but that's the least of it. This location is always clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy being there as much as any retail employee can enjoy their job. Trish, the store manager, is one of the hardest, if not THE hardest, working store manager I've ever met. Every time I see her, she's on her feet stocking shelves, running a register, or going around making sure items are in their right spots. She always has a bright smile on her face and a kind word for everyone who walks though the door. That can't be an easy task to manage, considering she works so much she might as well set up a cot in the back room. The atmosphere at Dollar Tree is certainly a breath of fresh air and that can only be attributed to stellar management. Nearly everywhere else I go, I find management doing as little work as possible while barking orders at the peons. That behavior is dehumanizing to employees and creates an atmosphere of misery and tension. That, in turn, makes shoppers feel unwelcome. Kudos to the Sullivan Dollar Tree for bucking the trend!
