“Picked up parts had to order when parts came in was called several times didn't have service they were going to keep calling till I answered or in my case went and picked up the parts. Parts said he was going to keep calling till I was personally notified my parts were ready for pickup.”

“I had severe damage to my car after a hailstorm. I took it to another place local in Wentzville and when they worked with my insurance they deemed it a total loss. My new insurance contact (was also in the process of switching insurance companies) suggested I reach out to Dennis at Gerry Counts. Dennis went out of his way to meet us closer to my house AND ultimately was able to fix my car without it being deemed a total loss. They did an excellent job repairing it and I could not be more impressed with how they went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you!”
“Very knowledgeable. Great Customer Service. I went in searching for a belt for my mower, and he immediately knew It was for a John Deere mower. He measured the belt, and 2 days later I had the right belt for a very reasonable price.
This place isn't like Auto Zone, the parts are of premium quality, and the people know their stuff. I can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely worth the 25 mile drive from Cuba to Sullivan !!”

“Received amazing service from Harmon tire. We had a blow out on our camper trailer after hours. We were 40 miles from our campsite and 2.5 hrs from home. Fred, Jason, and Jake went above and beyond their job and hours to help my son and I out. We were still able to make our float trip while our tire and rim was repaired the next day. The spare we bought was low on air and Jake came back out to air it up on a Saturday. These men are top notch for service and kindness! It proved to my 17 yr old son there are still really good people in our world! This did not break the bank either.”

“My check engine light was on. I went to auto parts store to get a free check engine done. Came away with the info, called Meramec tire. It did take a few days to get in, but they called me within a couple hours. Car was fixed and it didn't need the part the report said. I had a mouse or chipmunk chew thru wires LOL. They could have replaced the part and charged me for something I didn't need! Nice to know we have have an honest longstanding local company!”

Finding part was difficult had to get hose made
I thought I would be down a minimum of 2 days but no these guys got me out in 8 hours
