“Unfortunately I had a run in with a deer on a Friday afternoon before I was going on vacation in 2 days. Caliber worked with me and my insurance to get the ball rolling. They allowed me to drop off my car the morning I was leaving for vacation so they could assess the damage, order parts and get started while I was gone. I was able the pick up my car 2 days after I returned from vacation. They kept me posted throughout the whole process with updates. I'm very pleased with how they handled every aspect of the process.”
“Brad worked on our 1992 Nissan Sunny pickup right hand drive truck. Truck is a very dark blue color so it showed a lot of scratches. Brad spent several hours paint correcting the paint and finally sealing it with ceramic coating to make it shine and durable.
Reach out to Brad for all your detailing needs, he is very meticulous and spend a lot of time perfecting the paint. Something hard to find nowadays most detailers just rush through it and get you in and out in one day. Not Brad, he is awesome!!!”

“I couldn't be happier with the job Whitney did on my 1998 Lexus LS400. I inherited it from my parents and it's been babied it's whole life. There were a couple of paint flakes on the front and rear bumper. They repainted them both with Lexus 3-step paint and now the car looks brand new. The were timely and reasonable on price. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. He followed up with me in the following days, but I wasn’t under constant barrage of calls and texts which was super appreciated.
