“This place, on countless occasions, has saved me from having to go get gouged by a dealership or body shop. Kevin knows his stuff and always points me in the right direction every time I stop in with car troubles. My most recent issue was quoted at a body shop for close to $2,000 but I went to see Kevin at O'Reilly and he was able to hook my car up and diagnose the exact problem and I was able to fix my car on my own saving me tons of money and time. I cannot thank these guys enough here. Even when Kevin is out, he employs great staff that get my wife and I taken care of as well. Thank you guys for being so great to my family! “Unfortunately I had a run in with a deer on a Friday afternoon before I was going on vacation in 2 days. Caliber worked with me and my insurance to get the ball rolling. They allowed me to drop off my car the morning I was leaving for vacation so they could assess the damage, order parts and get started while I was gone. I was able the pick up my car 2 days after I returned from vacation. They kept me posted throughout the whole process with updates. I'm very pleased with how they handled every aspect of the process.”

“The customer service was great. They got me in two days after I called. They took care moving and test driving my car. They took care of my toe and caster. (Edit) after expressing my concerns about the camber angles they got me in the next day, they set it right where I wanted it for no charge. They were very professional and willing to help me out. I also got my tires rotated and my wheels balanced in no time at all, thank you to the team and I will be back for tires and any other work I need done!”

“I couldn't be happier with the job Whitney did on my 1998 Lexus LS400. I inherited it from my parents and it's been babied it's whole life. There were a couple of paint flakes on the front and rear bumper. They repainted them both with Lexus 3-step paint and now the car looks brand new. The were timely and reasonable on price. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.”

“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. “I had a very easy and positive car-buying experience! Brian was able to get me a test drive appointment at my requested time & date, then was able to change that quickly after so I could test drive the next day! The morning of my test drive, they dropped the car's price another $500. I had an easy drive, all of my questions were answered, & Brian was nice & cooperative when I left to test drive a different vehicle an hour away. I came back after to buy the car I drove! The process that followed was equally easy, quick, transparent, & I left with the car about an hour later! This was about 2 weeks ago; I haven't received the title or inspection info yet but I'm sure it will be easy to get from them. The car I bought had received full maintenance through them as well.”
