The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful! I had an issue with my mail not being delivered, and they personally called me and resolved the issue. I don't dread going to the post office like I used to.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The mail person is so rude and lazy. They will literally fill my mail box over full. Leaving packages to fall out into the street or field. Even though they have to drop off a box on the porch. The other day I caught him literally placing a box on my brand new car trunk . I was livid .... someone needs to do an re evaluation on this post person. Very rude and very unprofessional.

Wanted to give a shout out to the individuals who helped me track my package and delivered to my door. My husband also shared how kind everyone was when he went into the office to ship some items.Thanks you!

If I could give no stars I would. I went in to pickup mail that was sent to me at the wrong address and instead of asking if I had something quick they told me I would have to wait for 30 min while they helped someone else! 30 min because someone brought in a bunch of chickens or something live and they couldn’t go get my one envelope that they wanted me to come to the post office for. Only one person working there. This was extremely poor customer service.

They like picking on old ladies because they can't deliver to the right address. Our post man is a terrible person that likes to pick on ladies that have lost thier husband and most recently her daughter. And the new post master isn't much different. All of this started when the kept delivering mail to us that wasn't ours. We got a certified letter that we had to pick up and it didn't even belong to us, it was the neighbors.

Mail that was sent to house and photographed for delivery was not put in mail box. Mailman Barry did not realize I was standing at the curb watching him and he took a letter out of mail and set it aside. Called the office to try to have something done about it and spoke with Ashley who first said she was supervisor then when notified she was being recorded changed her story and said she was officer in charge. She was very unhelpful and refused to give us the mail mans name or identification number. Terrible customer service. I would give it less than one star if I was able to. They all need fired .

Great customer service, always a quick visit to this post office, no long lines. I will go out of my way to go to this location over any others in the Springfield area

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. You get better customer service at a fast food restaurant than you do at this post office. I have gone in there a few times and the post master herself was the one who “helped” me each time. She was no help at all always rude and hateful. I try to pick up a couple packages and she said she can’t give them to me and they will be delivered tomorrow. I asked her so you are refusing to give me my own mail and she still said you will receive your packages tomorrow. I absolutely hate this post office. I have been to others before and it was no problem to pick up my package there.

Horrible horrible customer service. Refused to give us our packages. The lady that runs it needs to be let go. They have been a pain ever since we have moved here. Glade we are moving away.

Small post office in Strafford, MO. The staff is always very friendly, they work hard and try to accommodate the customers. I enjoy talking to them when I stop by. They have P.O. Box available and physical address available for packages. The front parking area is challenging and small however there's plenty of parking in the back and across the street.
