“I had a great experience with Car Max! I found a car that was at the Naperville, Illinois location and Adam helped me through the process of having everything on the car checked out, gave me the detailed history of the car and the inspection, and even checked to see if there were any recalls outstanding for the vehicle. He then helped me with the process of having the car transferred to the Springfield, MO location, which was the closest location to my home. Before my appointment I was sent all of the paperwork and they made it clear everything I would need to bring with me. When I arrived Preston showed me the car, offered me to test drive it, and again went through the details of the cars history and inspection. He was super friendly and helpful, and made the second half of the car buying process as easy as Adam did the first half. I was very impressed by Car Max, their friendliness and honesty, and the way in which every person there made me feel excited about the purchase of my new (to me) vehicle. My health started to decline and I wasnt doing great even before that...but being out of work has of course made life difficult. A lot of companies have slogans that may have had some intention behind them at one time, but Car Mart's "Keeping You On the road" is legit, and without them I think a lot of us out here would suffer. I am so very grateful for the staff here. Without you guys, I would have been helpless to try and turn my situation around. I should have written this awhile ago, for 3 years the staff has helped me finangle and maneuver and keep my car, thereby keeping an avenue for me to try make a way forward. For people who have barriers to overcome, Car mart is so important, and I recommend if youre looking for a used car, do not look past them without checking it out yourself.
