This morning I left love’s truck stop in strafford, Mo in frustration after waiting for many hours for tire repair which needed patching and both the night shift and day shift mechanics told me they can’t patch it because according their policy they not allowed too since it’s too deep and wanted to charge me over $450 dollars for a recapped tire which i declined and came to Pomp’s Tire Service; I’m so glad I did, I was told to pull in bay right and to my surprise from the time I arrived to the time the mechanic called to pay for patching total of $66.00 dollars and that my truck was ready to go in less than 30 minutes and I was I was able to arrive for my pick super early. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to helping me at this difficult time by helping me save hundreds of dollars and I recommend specifically owners operators to this and you won’t regret it. These guys are the best. I had a blow out on the bus I was borrowing to go take my cdl test to get my air brake restriction removed. The testing appointment was the only time available on the last day I had left in order to be able to start my new job. I was referred to these guys and they were able to get me in ASAP, and I think their techs could work a NASCAR pit crew. They had me in and out within 15 minutes and I made it to the testing facility in time to take and pass my test. They were an answered prayer and I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast, quality service.

We had a valve stem go on my brand new tire while traveling. Made it to Buccee's and searched for a tire shop. Found Pomp's! They were friendly and got us right in! Highly recommended

These guys do good work, the reason for the low score is the lack of dedicated and good office support. I've dropped tires off more than once, come back at the end of the day and the tire hasn't been worked in or the bill isn't ready. They really need to focus on putting 2 or 3 full time people in the office to keep the work moving and keep track of work.

Never been there but there driver lashed out and has really bad rage and drives really bad and wreckless!!!!! Dude literally tried pulling us over to fight!!!!

Called a day in advance to see if the can install my tires on my rims. The lady on the phone said they could and gave me a price. I was a bit hesitant as the last review was about a bad experience but I figured I'd give it a try. Drop the vehicle off and they ask if the rims are stock? I said yes but off of a different year. About an hour later, I get a call saying they can not install my tires because they will scratch my chrome rims. People were very friendly but it was a very frustrating experience. I am thankful that they called and did not ruin my rims. Ended up having to take it to Marshfield to a place that was capable of doing the job.
