FedEx delivery person has delivered several times my packages to a house (address is not on my street) back patio. FedEx customer support has been called at least three times by myself and the house being delivered to. No resolution. Very disappointing service and it hurt me when I fell getting my packages at back patio.

I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. I absolutely hate having anything shipped by FedEx because of how unreliable they are. I will say that I haven't ever had any damaged items from them but they never deliver my packages when they are supposed to. They are the only ones besides Amazon who will have my packages "out for delivery" and then take it back to the shipping center... It seems like this happens every 3-5 deliveries and it's ridiculous! I never know when they will deliver or what time frame so I spend all day having to wait on them just to take the package back to the shipping center. Then when they do actually deliver the packages, most of the time I'm away for a few minutes and get the stupid notice that they will only attempt one more deliver... I never know when they will deliver either, one day they deliver around 3-6pm and the next they will deliver around 8-9am. So I literally have to set aside the whole day to wait for a package from them that has to be signed for. And what's even more frustrating is that I can't drive to the shipping center to pick it up.
I don't understand why companies even use FedEx and I go out of my way to avoid any company the does because of how bad this is. I NEVER have this problem with UPS and I don't have these problems with USPS. They deliver packages late for sure but they never show its out for delivery and they usually deliver the same 1-2 hour window. UPS also let's me track the delivery drivers location so I'm not waiting at home for 6-8 hours. I don't know if it's the companies practice or if it's the fault of the deliver drivers. The delivery drivers are always nice and I don't have an issue with them personally, I think it's the businesses fault for loading too much stuff on the trucks to be delivered during their shift. It just sucks that so many people have the same problem and they won't fix it.

Driver couldn't figure out where my house called my son who bought my auto part to see how to get there he still never showed 3 days later stuck at home NO FEDEX DELIVERY YET !!!!!!! It's not that hard to find&they have been here before............

I walked in to FedX office at 303e battlefield, in Springfield. The employee couldn’t care less in helping me, and acted pissed that I even walked in. Then gave me the wrong address for the location in Strafford Mo. i repeated the address. He confirmed and he repeated it back to me, only to find the address wasn’t remotely close to correct! A completely different address that would have sent me on a wild goose chase. I will never use FEDX again. Never had this problem with UPS! And that’s where I’ll go from now on!!

Fedex is the worst shipping carrier. Even worse than USPS. Would never ship with them if I'm paying for the shipping.

Absolutely unbelievable how badly they fail. They have delivered 5 of 5 of the last packages a merchant has sent me through fed ex. It's almost like they have to be doing it on purpose there is no way a contractor can be this incompetent and maintain the contract. One of the 5 items I paid for they gave to someone else was irreplaceable. I live in Bolivar and the Bolivar Facebook page is riddled with people having the same issue I am having. My address is not obscure and my house is very easy to find it's right at the corner of one of the towns busiest intersections NO OTHER CARRIER HAS ANY ISSUES FINDING IT. Fed ex said challenge accepted, 5 out of 5 times they screwed up on their job. It is for sure this Strafford contractor the issues are coming from. When you call FedEx customer service in India of course there's nothing that they'll do for you so you're just shirt out of luck having to wait on hold doing extremely aggravating stuff waiting for something you've already paid for that's taken way longer than it should and then whenever you get the notification that says it was delivered and the picture is with it it's not your house five times in a row. Fed ex really goes above and beyond at not understanding the assignment.

Friday 7/5/24 the driver attempted delivery but we were not home. They said they would attempt delivery the next day. Since the package needed to be signed for, I made plans to be at home. I heard the truck in the neighborhood so was waiting at the front of my house and watched the driver drive by. I thought maybe he was coming back. Two minutes later received a message that the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. I called Fed ex customer service and was told the driver had been notified to come back. He never did. Called customer service back and could not understand this person This facility apparently has many issues according to the reviews. I wish Fed ex corporate would take notice.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been waiting on a package for almost a month when I paid for express shipping, like that matters. I’ve also called their customer service twice now, to no avail. As of now, currently still patiently waiting on my package that has shown zero progress. Very disappointed and frustrated with their service. Won’t use again if I can keep from it.

We live in a rural area and recently FedEx has made the decision that the proper location to deliver our packages is on the gravel road against the post of our mailbox. In the past, our packages have always been delivered to our home which is a very short distance from the mailbox. This decision by FedEx has resulted in missing packages and delivered (up to 3 days later) damaged packages.
Not quite sure of the 'why' behind the change but I will NOT be ordering from any vendor online that chooses to utilize FedEx.
FedEx is also not available at the Straffird location to contact and speak with a 'live person'. When contact is established with the '800' number there is very little concern over your package beng delivered or not!

Won't hold package at FedEx location to pick up because they need a signature. Apparently they have to make 3 failed deliveries before I can go pick it up at the store. Why can't I sign for it at the store before they waste 3 days of trying to deliver? Braindead logic and a waste of time

Waited four hours for the sole intention of getting a package at my business. Confirmed it would be delivered from 940am-150pm multiple times. Watched the FedEx truck whip into our parking lot and immediately leave and got a notification that attempt to deliver failed. This is a $1400 firearm, and now I’m risking getting it sent back to the warehouse if they “attempt to deliver” again. Cannot believe the audacity, if I did my job half as terrible I’d be fired immediately!

FedEx delivery to our house (SW SGF off Weaver) has always been great, but today deserved some extra kudos. The gentleman waited while I cut open a guitar box to check for damage and played with my dogs while feeding them treats from his pocket. Also, the guitar was perfect. Thanks.

Three packages delivered to the wrong address in a week.One package was delivered to wrong address again after notifying FedEx they had delivered the other two packages to wrong address. Contacted FedEx corporate several times and was told that a phone call would be made to retrieve packages. Nothing has been done still missing packages and no phone call or resolution.
