Delivered my package to the wrong address. The address they delivered to is an hour away. How's that even happen?Beyond pissed but that does no good. Because supposedly they are looking into getting it. Pretty sure it's now stolen. ?

Our packages have been sitting here for over a week because they don’t want to deliver them. We had trouble with everyone we talked to except Hannah. She did an exceptional job helping us out. Can’t thank her enough for her help when no one else would help. It would’ve been a a 1 star review if it wasn’t for her.

Delivered my package to the wrong address. When I called to find out where it was delivered and who signed for it, they refused to tell me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they refused to connect me with one! They are the worst! Obviously can't read addresses or follow delivery instructions.

April 2022Fed Ex is without the worst delivery service. We had a large item to be delivered that consisted of eight large boxes. The tracking number showed that all eight boxes where out for delivery on a Friday and but were not delivered. On the following Monday three of the boxes were delivered, and then two more on Tuesday. On Wednesday we got a call from someone who lived in the sub division next to ours letting us know that Fed Ex had left three boxes at the end of the road where are back gate is located. The gate is on a street with a completely different name and also does not show up on a navigation system when using our street address. I had to drive over and get the package which were large and very heavy. The packages were also split open. When contacting Fed Ex they only wanted to know if my house could be seen from were the packages were dropped off and were do they normally leave packages. Since we have a PO box we do have anything delivered to our house address unless it a large item such as outdoor furniture or as in this case a pergola.Their last thought was to say they were sorry and take responsibility for leaving our packages at an unknown location.Avoid using Fed Ex whenever possible. Only gave them a one star since zero was not an option.

I'm giving it one star because the program doesn't allow zero Stars. Whenever I find out my package is going to be delivered by FedEx my soul is filled with Dread. I'm sure service could get worse but I don't know how. Every package is out for delivery for multiple days. I am currently waiting for a TV that's been "out for delivery and arriving today" for 6 days now. 2 days ago the FedEx driver was literally in my driveway and then left without delivering the TV. I'm hoping when it arrives it's not broken as that is also an issue with this FedEx location. When I look at tracking information to see why my package didn't arrive that day the tracking information we'll have a "shipping exception" followed by "can't locate recipient", or "customer not available or business closed" or " customer requested delayed delivery'. I'm sure these inaccurate reasons for delivery is to hide the incompetence of this location.

Everytime I see that my packages get shipped to the Strafford MO FedEx, I know that there will be at least a 2 day delay after the expected delivery date. Once my package was put on the truck for delivery 9 days in a row... please fix your problems

Worst location ever! I have had many online orders shipped through FedEx, and for some reason, they have either sent my package to the wrong address or claim that my package is "out for delivery" when in reality, my package is sitting there in their vehicle the whole time it should've been delivered to me. I don't know what the Strafford location's excuse is for postponing the scheduled delivery of my packages, since my orders are able to be sent to other facilities in time. USPS and UPS are far better in terms of reliability and customer service, but unfortunately I don't always have the option of selecting which shipping company I want. However, from now on, I will try to avoid shipping my orders through FedEx as much as possible until the Strafford location gets their act together.UPDATE (6/6/2022): I unfortunately had an order that was shipped through FedEx again and luckily, it managed to arrive at my doorstep, but in an unusual way. I don't know if my package was delivered at the front door of my apartment, even though I now live in a gated apartment residents only have access to, or if it was thrown outside in the parking lot. Despite this, I was fortunate that one of my roommates informed me that my package arrived and it was situated near the front door. However, when checking the tracking information, the FedEx person forgot to mark my package as delivered, and now I have to do another run-around with customer service to fix this issue. This recent situation makes me despise FedEx even more because it shouldn't be that difficult to deliver or update records on a single package as long as employees are properly trained. Not only will I continue to avoid FedEx in terms of shipping needs, I will also discourage others from using their service and will file necessary complaints to make sure they don't scam others. From now on, I will be happy to take my business to UPS and USPS.

Terrible shipping. You can hear a collective groan in our rural area when we or any of our neighbors see a package sent to Strafford. It’s usually at least a week past the delivery date before we’ll get it. We’re told weather delays, mapping issues, no house at the residence, they don’t do muddy roads, all mixed stories, all lies. And the manager will not take calls, even when you’re on the line with corporate. If you live in rural Missouri, and have a package stuck in Strafford… Well, good luck to ya. You may get it, you may never get it. FedEx Strafford is where packages go to die (or be stolen). Who can know?

I have a problem every time one of my packages come through them. I ordered a package over a week ago and it was finally delivered today with the box completely damaged that the guy was picking the parts up off the floor out of the truck. Also had to push the box out of the truck because it was so torn that you couldn't move it any other way without more parts falling out. I've made 4 complaints now over the phone but it seems to get no where what so ever to help better the place. I'd give this a zero rating if I could.

I never have a problem with this location. The last delivery was placed out of site and could not be seen from road.?When I track my packages and it shows its at this location, I always get it by the next day. I order alot of stuff through Walmart and they are the slow ones. Fedex is faster than USPS. If you need something by a certain date order ahead of time.

My family and I do a lot of online shopping. The experience I had with this FedEx OnSite ware house was terrible. The only way it would have been worse is if they had lost my package. The never delivered it, for 4 days I would check the tracking and it would say "out for delivery" then at the end of the day it would say "weather delay" It was 70 plus degrees and sunny each of those 4 days, I had to drive 40 minutes and get the package myself, I know that they do not care. What is 1 small $62.00 package to them? Nothing. It does mean something to me and my family and to everyone I know. We will not order from any company that uses FedEx as a shipper. We will all join the multitudes of others who are very unhappy with FedEx and no longer use them.

3 days late on delivery. Supposedly the driver couldn't find my address on a dead end street and then waited 3 days to actually deliver it. FedEx needs to hire drivers with just a little common sense.
