I purchased shaw laminate floors in July 2021. By November the floors are failing. I notified Richard and asked him to come and look at it. He refused and I filed a claim. Today, they don't answer the phone?

I had my house done with new carpet and new vinyl in 2 small baths. The service I received at the store was good but the installed did not do the job I had expected of this store. I am very unhappy with the job they done and will not use them again.

Goetze Bros Carpet and Furniture Inc. was started in a small mid Missouri town in 1969 by two brothers Jim and Dan and has since been three generations strong! Over the years the store has served thousands of customers throughout mid Missouri and continue to do so every single day.
