Our 1 year old cat Monarch had her first visit with Dr Torbeck and his staff a week ago. From the moment we walked in the door they made us feel welcome. If you want a vets office that treats your fur baby with the finest of care this is where you want to go!

When I had taken my great pyrenees in to see the vet or be groomed the vet was ok but didn't want to hear what we would say. Each time we would say we want him trimmed up as he was a long haired dog. We would pick him up and she would shave him down to NO hair. She would shave him down everytime and he would have so many nicks on him it wasn't funny and nicks around his privates each time. She had also trimmed his nails one time and did a crap job on that too. When we got him home he had bleed in the sets of the car and was bleeding all over the house, we had to bandage his paws up. We had taken the dog in a couple of times and both times we said we want a trim and show her how much hari we wanted to take off she would ignore what we said and would shave him down and nick him all over and each time his private parts would be nicked too. We had complained to them each time and that acted like they didn't care about our dog getting hurt. I would not recommend this vet whatsoever not even to my worse enemy!

Doc is great! I have a Husky and a cat and he's very helpful and caring anytime we bring them in. The whole staff is great. Lindsay the groomer does an excellent job on our Husky with all his hair and quirkiness!
