These guys go the extra mile to ensure the best service in auto care, that I for one, have ever seen in my entire life! They are very professional and have good communication with the customers. I have recently been to this location on several occasions, replaced all four tires on two vehicles, alignments, new brakes, etc. and the store manager, Xenon Martinie, shows very high quality customer service and clearly cares for the customers safety, as my daughter had a dangerous issue with her tires on her vehicle, it was a Friday, he could've said just to make an appointment and come back Monday and order the tires, but instead, he drove a three hour drive to pick up the tires that she needed, and they stayed open past store hours to make sure she was safe on the road.

Great service from Eric an Xenos help me get rid of a pesky locking lug on each of my tires an installed the new ones for me before the locking lugs became a major issue if anybody is in stockton or the surrounding area an need help come here great service fast an friendly as well

I was from out of town and got a nail in my tire. Eric at Sawyer tire got me in for repair even though they were very busy. Excellent service.

I made an appointment Tuesday for an oil change they told me they couldn’t get me in until Saturday which wasn’t an issue until I went to my appointment and told me that I wasn’t in the system and couldn’t get me in. I have never been to them before and won’t be using them in the future
