We decided to use them for a company purchase. They stated they would send me a receipt once they send the flowers to the funeral. Now, weeks later and they refuse to answer our attempts at communication and have yet to send a receipt, im starting to wonder if they only charged us but didn’t send the flowers. It is definitely showing up on the company credit card and they want a detailed receipt. We will use a different flower shop going forward.

I don’t live in Missouri but have a family member that died in the area. I called Steele Cooter Flower Shop not really knowing exactly what I wanted to do or write on the sympathy card, and whomever I spoke with was so nice, caring and helpful. The process was very easy and they were very respectful. I highly recommend them for their excellent service.
