Had to drop taxes off to get them done. Went to sign documents and nothing was explained to us when we asked. Found out we got double charged and price increased almost double. Called many times to have someone explain to us and couldn’t even get a call back. We have used them for many years but after this year we will never go back ever very poor service and very unsatisfied with the people at Ste.Genevieve location.

Excellent! Every year has been stress free. Hands down 5 stars! No waiting time and they're very great and quick at what they do. Treat you like family. Last two years we had Betina Gibbar and she is remarkable at what she does! She's pleasent, patient, and you understand every step she takes. My husband had forgotten a paper and had to leave to find it. By the time he returned, all we had left to do was give our signatures. As she copied paperwork for our personal files, the rapid refund had been added to the Emerald card. Entirely painless and left with smiles
