I went to pick up some prescriptions for my little sister and I was in and out of the store within 8 minutes. Inside was very clean and the workers were very kind to me. The one little complaint I have is the small selection of drinks that is in there compared to other locations.

Oh man I just love going to CVS, they have a seemingly endless supply of all the vitamins, medicines and supplements you would ever need the atmosphere and organization of the place, not to mention the workers are so nice

I have been waiting on a prescription for 5 days. I called my doctor’s office following up on my request and was told they sent it in. They assured me it was. I called and spoke with the pharmacy and was told because it “wasn’t covered by my insurance” and is “available over the counter” so my prescription put on hold. When I spoke to a manager I got the same response. At no time was I contacted regarding its status. Second, just because you can get something OTC doesn’t mean a prescription is warranted. My doctor orders prescriptions based on my personal medical information and history and what he determines to be best for me. My DOCTOR determines my treatment not a pharmacist. Will not be returning.

Horrible!! Says schedule vaccines online. When you try it says you can't. Then you cal & no one answers!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY !!! My DR. called in a scrip at 9:10 am I go to the drive through at 1:20 pm person at the window said they didn't have my order on there board come back later and they should have it by 4:00pm. I call my DR to confirm it was called in . Yes it was called in at 9:10 am . My Dr. calls CVS they tell her I was told it wasn't ready yet. ! CVS STAFF LIED TO ME AND MY DR.!!!! this was for 1-- that is ONE pill . NEVER EVER use STE. GENEVIEVE "CVS " pharmacy! I called cvs to complain and was LIED TO AGAIN and hung up on before I even got to use some bad words . If nothing else i hope CVS management reads this and would take some disciplinary actions toward staff. 12/3/21

Prices are almost double that of other pharmacies in the area. Also there always seems to be a problem every time I go to get my prescription filled,, they are either out of my medication or they give me problems about filling it. They refuse to call my Dr when they have some petty issue with the wording on my dr order as if I somehow have any control of that and certain ones are very rude and unhelpful. Also for a cvs they have very very limited merchandise and are extremely overpriced. I would not recommend this cvs. It is by far the worst cvs I have ever seen.

Ok to p/u prescriptions. But they open at 9 am???All other CVS open at 8, rest are open 24hrs!And this store is closed for THEIR LUNCH!!!!?!?!?ABSOLUTE DISREGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Don’t go here for COVID shot. Unorganized, tell you to bring ID and insurance but then don’t even ask for it. Arrived early and still waited a half hour before shot from our appointment time. Two others with us waited just as long. They gave a reason of its a day after holiday. You knew you had appointments you should have been prepared. I could see if there was a long line of people, but there were 3. Would have felt a little better if they would have at least checked for ID, and made sure who they were giving the shot to.

If you don't have to go here DON'T!!!!! And if you do have to go there plan on waiting 2 or 3 days for your script to be filled and if they disapprove of the way your doctor writes your script they may not fill it at all . Control Freaks!

Don't go anywhere near closing time. I got there 5 minutes before they closed, desperately needing Claritin D and they already closed the register and wouldn't sell it to me. After stopping in Jefferson county and realizing you need a prescription and then hurrying another half hour to Ste. Gen., this was very disappointing and aggravating! No wonder there's never anyone in their parking lot.
