“The staff in this store is kind, enthusiastic, patient, and just really good at their job. I purchased several things for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to exchange one item for another online item. Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. We were recently back in the store and had started to check out, but then wanted to add an item. Trinity and the manager were accommodating and encouraged us to take our time.”
“The girl was so helpful her for me and my mom shopping. Me and her don't shop much for ourselves but she helped with deals and information and ordering bra to the house we liked. Some things had great deals and some pricey but great for bigger women to shop there in style.”

“I was in the store returning some Amazon goods and I noticed some underwear that was on sale. I searched for my size and went to the checkout and discovered I did not have my KOHL'S card. The cashier kindly accepted my Driver's License Soc Sec and I was able to make my purchase, no questions asked.”

I gave them 4 stars only because I'm not happy with the customer service dept, but the stores are super awesome! Go visit them in person! They do have more online but I still do returns thru the store because I hate dealing with their customer service dept. Clothing and everything is great there, comparably priced and really good quality too! I but SOoooo much from them!!”
“Got the Olaplex Treatment (mask), hair trimmed and straightened—and it hasn’t looked this healthy in a long time! Then my husband got a haircut and his facial hair shaped up. Wonderful experience, the stylist are all very kind and great prices! Renee did ours!”

“I had SUCH a pleasant experience at Earthbound yesterday at MidRiver’s Mall! From the time I entered the store until the time I left, I was greeted by several sales associates who were SO helpful and answered all my questions.
