I used to love this store and shop for all my special occasions. Loved it so much i applied for a job, had an interview then no response. Worse part is that I was told this wouldn’t happen and I would receive an update because it’s unprofessional and irritating when employers don’t. Won’t be shopping here again.

Super awesome stores!
I gave them 4 stars only because I'm not happy with the customer service dept, but the stores are super awesome! Go visit them in person! They do have more online but I still do returns thru the store because I hate dealing with their customer service dept. Clothing and everything is great there, comparably priced and really good quality too! I but SOoooo much from them!!

This is the best Windsor I have ever walked into. The employees are very kind and helpful they greeted me as soon as I walked into the door. I was only coming in to look around and ended up leaving with a handful of things due to the lovely service I experienced.

Cute clothes for women and teens. No seating though except one small bench so prepare to stand around for hours waiting for you wife/kid/girlfriend/friend to try things on while your back hurts. ☹️

Online it says opens at 10 but it doesn’t open til 11. The lady working at least saw me and told me so I didn’t wait another hour but they need to change the times online.

I came in after my husband had purchased a dress for me for a wedding reception. God bless him he thought they were slaves on there but I informed him those were not sleeves those are the straps to hang the dress on a hanger.I took the dress back the following morning. Even though it was a special occasion dress the women at the register laughed at my husband and really related with me and since everything was brand new with tags so attached she made an exception and was very polite. I did not know Norton my husband clearly that this was a non-returnable dress but I'm so thankful that she was so sweet and really went above to help me out.I was not expecting this level of customer service and I definitely will be shopping here in the future due to how polite this woman was.

Went in to buy a white dress and the employees did not greet me or ask if I needed help. One employee was on the phone the entire time. I had to wait several minutes just to get someone to open a fitting room for me. I had seen a dress up higher that I wanted to look at but I had to get an associate to reach, so I asked if they could get it down. She asked what size I needed, so after me telling her XS she informed me that “They don’t make XS in that dress”. They do and it was the front one on the rack. She then made her coworker get it down as if she couldn’t do it herself. The customer service at this location sucks and the employees are not helpful.

Came in desperate to find my daughter a homecoming dress ASAP. Faith was super helpful and friendly and we were able to find the perfect dress, thanks Faith!
