I needed a vehicle safety and emissions inspection on short notice. I called Saturday morning at 8:45 , and they got me in at 2:00 p.m. that day. The staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating.
I have been going there for many years now, and I will continue to do so.

Went in for a front wheel hub bearing 2019 F-150 which I’ve changed a handful of myself.
They mark up parts prices nearly 100% over “what they pay for them.”
I have an extended warranty on my truck which they did great and paid an extremely fair price for what should be on a simple front wheel hub bearing and install.
Terry says he paid $300 for the Moog wheel hub bearing from Al’s parts and then charged me/warranty company $566 for said wheel bearing…….. Explains that their computer has a calculation for what they should charge for the part because this is a business and they need to make money….
1.1 hours of labor plus a $90 diagnostic fee. Which when I brought my truck in I told them it was the driver side wheel bearing.
Long story short I had to pay $300 out of pocket which included my $100 warrant deductible because the mark up on their parts calculation is astronomically thru the roof at a grand total of $866 for a front wheel hub bearing…
Lost my business for sure and I 100% will not be referring anyone to this shop in the future.

I always get great service at Western Tire & Auto! Easy to make appt. In & out in great time. I had Synthetic oil change & requested tire rotation. I asked them for 2 extra things, to check my power steering fluid and problem with my front left (driver's s seat). "No problem." Kind, thorough & reasonable. Been their numerous times for car "troubles", Im always pleased!!!
