Went there to return the moldy corns, the customer service employee I spoke with said that it’s happened all time, wondering if there is moldy food all the time and they know it , how can they still sell it without any problems? Anyway, Then they said this item is not allowed to return , change only, I asked even it’s molded still can’t return, I got a dry and solid answer: YES. At the end I had to talk to the manager to get my money back. Seems like the customer service employees try to upset you more instead of willing to help customers.

Beware when you order for delivery, that you’re not going to get all of the items you paid for. Unfortunately I am not physically able to go and shop in store. So I have to rely on getting deliveries. More times than not, I have placed an order for delivery and was charged ( including a nice tip for the driver) to get shorted items they had in stock. IE: on my recent order, I had ordered 5 of one item to only get 2. Apparently the picker can’t read the order correctly or is inept and doesn’t care. The driver speaks no English and had to use a translator on their phone to communicate. Finally, I had to just do a return on the app to get a refund for the 3 items I was charged for, but didn’t get. I understand if they are out of the item and do a substitute, but this wasn’t the case. It’s aggravating and disappointing, but just another day paycheck for them. What happened to quality control and good work ethics? Not very hopeful for the future!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Walmart St Peter's market today! Tina S. that works there was at the self-checkouts that I was checking myself out at and I was short a little bit of money and she actually went out of her way to make sure I was able to get all of my things by paying out of her own pocket and another store employee who I do not know her name helped as well and I just wanted to say thank you to both of them!!!? You made my day! Above and beyond wonderful customer service!!!

What a joke this store is. They didn't have several items came in for and when I get to the service desk they can't ever break a $5.00 bill for the lottery machine. If you can't give change for the machine put in a change machine. I didn't ask them to do my grocery shopping and load my car for me all I wanted was some change

6 items I tagged in the app that was supposed to be in the store were not. The shelves were quite empty in places. The cashier that was sitting at her lane was more concerned about her phone than she was concerned with greeting me or being cordial while checking me out. Even when she pulled the receipt from the machine, she did not reach to hand it to me, I had to reach over the register to take it. As I was leaving, I could not walk out with my cart because there were so many carts piled up at the exit, and no one cared when I mentioned that the exit was blocked. I had to go out of the entrance. Go here but don't expect the employees to do their job.

Love the convenience of the store since it's right around the corner but I had to start getting my french bread elsewhere. It's never consistent in texture, sometimes it's soft and other times it's hard. The way they wrap it drives me insane as well. They wrap the plastic around it so tight you can't get the bead in and out of it. They need to stop using the label to wrap the plastic so tightly around the bread or just use paper bags.

I had the most pleasant evening visiting this location tonight. I opted to use the regular checkout line, and had the pleasure of being checked out by Pam. Pam was great and very pleasant. And behind me in line waiting to be checked out was her boss Eric, who ran to Walmart while his homemade meatloaf was finishing up in the oven (he soaked his bread like the ol school way and everything)They was having such a great conversation. He was so pleasant and she stated how they had such a good boss. It’s was very refreshing to see a great employee/boss relationship. He came off as he really cares about his employees and the store

If your pick-up orders are running behind and someone is waiting in their car for over 45 minutes for their order, perhaps your employees should display proactive customer service and inform the waiting person what the delay is rather than forcing said individual to drag an employee aside to ask them directly.
This occurred on the evening of Monday, February 19 in case management actually bothers to read this.
Also, perhaps it should be possible to get an order out faster than I could if I just walked into the store and shopped for itself.

This dude cleaning the floors was upset that customers (me) were shopping during open hours.. on the floor while he was cleaning the isles, with the electric floor scrubber. Just shoved my cart into the wall over out the way. I said something like " hey! You could use your words man" he side eyed me and then continued scrubbing away. And then he came back around and wouldn't even look me in the eye. I don't know if he thinks because I'm younger that he can just be rude and disrespectful. But I know if I was an older man or woman he would not have acted that way. Don't know his name but he was balding and had just a little beard going on. Will still come back here. But in a big warehouse like Walmart there is plenty to scrub without shoving my shit out of your way...

I did not know this store existed until today. Located in St Peters Mo. Private Parking lot. Building nice and spacious . Clean and clear of clutter. This is great if you are just needing food items, household items and pharmacist services. No clothes, accessories , shoes available . No hustle and bustle that Walmart usually brings . Inventory was available, and plentiful. Liquor is available as well. Staff was friendly. Store was very quiet and calming. I will definitely be back :)

I bought a Bacon, turkey, cheese and ranch pinwheel from the deli and there was two long hairs in the pinwheel when I opened it. Shouldn’t they be wearing a hair net? Makes me wonder if they were even wearing clean gloves.

Equate High protein drink is listed with different pricing on the shelf in two separate locations........Standard (in store) pricing rarely matches (online, in store) pricing. Meaning it's at fault toward FTC acts.,,,,,,,,,Smaller carts and the larger, create a consumer concern at cart corrals in the parking lot........Etc;.... But the Walmart corporation seems unconcerned.
