Very little accountability taken when prescriptions aren’t ready on time. The focus seemed to be on who else in the building could be to blame rather than solving the issue promptly.

PHARMACY REVIEW - I have had multiple negative interactions at this location, all surrounding the theme of being unwilling to help or explain why my prescription is being denied. It is too often met with rude and condescending attitude. I believe the name of one of the women I talked to was Rachel - rude, condescending and seemed irritated that I had the audacity to ask questions. Will be looking for another pharmacy, as I genuinely get nervous to contact/speak to anyone at this location for fear of aggressive behavior.
Store itself seems great! Just that pharmacy. Jeez.

Called the store to make sure they can do passport photos. Showed up 5 minutes later. Was first told the lady was at lunch. She calls whenever supposed to do them,then comebacks and says we are not doing photos rest of the night. It was 6:30. Does not matter what it is. Always a problem. Don't get me started on the pharmacy.

If i could give the pharmacy staff 0 stars I would. The only reason I go here is that it’s close. It seems to be a job prerequisite for all phamacy techs to be slow, unhelpful and borderline rude, so no matter where you go, it’s all the same anyway.

The absolute worst pharmacy. My son gets 2 scripts every month went to pick one up today and was very rudely told he only had one until I literally got rude myself and threaten legal action then was told that if I wanted the other one when its due I WOULD HAVE TO CALL AND REMIND THE PHARMACIST THAT I NEEDED IT FILLED! I have never had to call and remind a pharmacist to do their job! The staff is always rude

Went to pick up medicine today for the first time in a while and the lady in the drive thru was not in a good mood and made me feel uncomfortable. I already don’t like picking up medication as it is and I felt unwelcomed.

I love this Walgreens. I go to this location all the time. I usually go to this to get 3 items. And my total always comes out to 666 every time. All the employees are amazing. You guys keep up the good work.

Me and another car Pulled up to the Pharmacy drive thru at 1:25 with 2 cars already sitting in the drive thru. Their meal break is 1:30 but after they took the car in front of me past the 1:30 mark (we got there at the same time) I assumed they would just get me taken care of real quick.Wrong, I pulled up to the window and was told they were closed because I wasn't there before 1:30. I told them that was not accurate as I pulled up the same time as the car they had JUST HELPED. I was told that they checked the cameras and I wasn't there and said come back after 2:00pm they then proceeded to close the window and leave. Extremely mad at this point I drove and went into the store to talk to the manager Patrick who is a super pleasant guy and I made him aware of what happened, I told him I understand they have a meal break to abide by but it's not professional to call me a liar or decide they arnt going to take me when they took the Car in front of me and we pulled up at the same time. I then proceeded to go wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes until they came back from lunch, only Patrick was handing me my meds not this women could it have been she knew I was there and didn't want to deal with the issue she started? Who knows, I will say Patrick did try and offer in store credit for the inconvenience which I appreciated but ultimately declined. I dont want any type of in store credit or anything really, I just want to be treated with respect and not called a liar. my only regret was not getting this woman's name so she could be reported to upper management because she had no business in customer service if she's gonna talk to people that way.

If you get prescriptions filled here, I recommend going literally anywhere else in Saint Charles County! Walgreens was the only place I would ever use for my family’s prescriptions. I am having everything moved! It’s pretty sad when I receive better customer service from a fast food restaurant down the street than the customer service I receive from my pharmacy. Not a single person in this pharmacy cares about you, your family or what medications you need. They limit there hours from 9am to 6pm, I call at 9am on the dot to have a prescription refilled and they can’t get it done until 2-3pm? Absolutely ridiculous!Do not go here for prescriptions! You’ll talk to the most ignorant people and will receive the absolute worst service!This review is regarding PHARMACY ONLY! If I had to rate Walgreens the store, 5 stars! The pharmacy deserves zero stars, if only it were an option!

Always pleasant and friendly. I've never seen the store dirty or messy, EVER. They're very accommodating for coupon clippers. My only complaint is how long it takes to check out sometimes but this can be avoided by not shopping during peak times like between 3-6 pm. It has been quite an adjustment with the new pharmacy hours and the pharmacist lunch break has also caused delays for picking up RXS. Overall, this is one of the better Walgreens in my opinion.

This pharmacy should be avoided like your life depends on it! Drive further if you need to, do NOT trust these idiots with ur health! They make you schedule online for appointments they can’t keep, all the PRIVATE info you list online to avoid screaming ur personal information at the counter is ignored… in fact they’re too lazy to even look it up in their own system & demand you do their job for them & repost it all verbally so anyone sitting there or shopping can have access to ur full name, what insurance company u have & ur phone number & address!!! All scammers need to do is hang out at this location & collect everyone’s personal information… I sat for 46 minutes PAST my appt time while their rude incompetent staff ignored not just me but all the other ppl they had back up & crowded together in their dirty tiny waiting area!!! One lady went out of her way to call ahead to make sure her Tx was ready, she was there b4 me & still being ignored when I left! She made it clear she was on a 15 minute BREAK from her job & they never gave the poor old lady her meds

The young lady working the pharmacy i think her name was Rachel, was very rude and condescending. Making comments about the name on the prescription. Very unprofessional. I went to the Mid Rivers location and they were very polite and helpful.

Save yourself the headache and go to ANY other pharmacy. The retail side has always been friendly and helpful, but wow those attitudes in the pharmacy could use some help.
