Paid for rapid covid test. Supposed to be 2 hour results. Almost 3 now. They don't answer phone to question about. Not happy at all.

I was car #3 at the drive thru about 3 weeks ago. Both the other cars sat at the window 15+ minutes. Finally, the car in front of me left. I got royally chewed out, blamed for the long line of cars and insisted my meds were not ready and to come inside. I asked how they knew that when no one asked me what my name is. They definitely need better management.

It is my opinion that the staff is incompetent.How can you not find a script transferred in the Walgreens system.I absolutelyABSOLUTELYWill never ever use any Walgreens ever again. Even if they are the only place in the world with my life saving drugs.Thanks for answering your phone after being on hold 3 different times totaling 2.5 hours.I’ll spend my hard earned money at Walmart pharmacy.

The last several times I’ve been here for simple meds for a sick child, with full insurance, it’s taken 4+ hours for these clowns to fill a script. There’s always an excuse, and they’ll tell you one thing, all while telling our pediatrician’s office the opposite when they call to inquire on our behalf. Whoever is in charge of this dumpster fire should be canned.

definitely understand the 2 stars, got a text saying my script was ready, sit in line for 20 min to find out they don't have it, how does a company of this size have issues like this in 2022? you'd think with all the technology these days this wouldn't be an issue for a company of this size

15 minutes in line to the pharmacy drive up and we were only the 2nd car in line. The person behind us backed out and left.

Have been waiting 3 days for a prescription, only to be told the pharmacist is reviewing it. Called this morning and was on hold for one hour with a recording saying one person in front of me. Got in my car and drove there- only to find the pharmacy hadn't opened up at 9:45. Was told the pharmacist was out of the country, another was leaving for vacation and they had called someone else in that had worked 12 hours the day before. This isn't the first issue with this location. It's poor management, poor corporate management and a total disaster. I've changed to CVS. Maybe Walgreens (which is extremely higher priced) will go out of business. Total lack of communication or RESPECT for the customer. ?

Consistently the slowest pharmacy around. Would not come back except it's the closest to my house. Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there.

Walgreens is now as bad as Walmart. Customer service is terrible. When the Management isn't there they have shift leads that don't know how to manage. I find it really odd that they sent a shift leader to manage a pharmacy issue.

Have used this walgreens for the years. Only have to get medication a couple times a year when some one is sick. There's always some reason why they can't get it or it takes all day and just sheer unwillingness to be polite and curtious. My suggestion is go to the one on jungerman. Save yourself the aggravation

This Walgreens practices bait and switch. Advertising Diet Coke on sale but never having it in stock. It's very frustrating and unethical. I had made 3 trips there and nothing was ever on the shelf.
