Was dropping off a pre-labeled package on my way to work - drop of box was locked, figured it was fine they aren’t very busy and waited in line. Took half an hour to get through three people. Finally got up to the counter and handed over my package - she asked what was in it, which felt a little weird to me, but it did have a hazard label so maybe she had to, so I told her. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me that it wasn’t packed correctly so I was going to have to buy a box and re-do it, which all cost more than the item was worth. I’ve shipped the same item packed the exact same way about twenty times already this month so I was a little confused at this and asked for clarification and she rolled her eyes again, pushed the shipping envelope back at me, and called next before I had even left the counter.

Mail person delivered package to wrong house and when I filed a claim after the local post official that called me said to file because the mail person went back to the house she left it at and it was gone. USPS denied it saying they show it was delivered. Been under appeal since MAY 31. I gave the EVERYTHING they asked for and I'm still waiting. Totally unprofessional and shows how far USPS has fallen. Just sad.

I order from a wholesaler in St Charles, shipping label created on June 13, 11:48am, approximately 4 hrs later tracking states shipment received, package pending. I have a total of 3 parcels like this from the same wholesaler. $1000’s of dollars in inventory. Paid for 3 Day Priority mail. Living in Alaska I expect 5-7. Days. Absolutely no tracking out of St Peters! 16 days and still no sign of scanned tracking! I needed this inventory for a very large event today in Juneau, Alaska. I lost $1000’s of dollars I’d sales! This is the first time this has happened.

I've never had more issues with mail pick up or delivery than when I moved to St Peters. They need to train the carriers better. For starters, what it means when the red flag is up on the mailbox!!!

I can't get a person on this stupid phone number. Today at around 12:15 pm I was nearly run over by one of your drivers driving like a maniac around a corner at the Senior Apts where I live. I yelled at him and he yelled back instead of acknowledging what he did was wrong. We have people on walkers here that could not have gotten out of his way and he might have killed someone. Something needs to be done about him Immediately!!! I want to TALK to someone about him and his crazy speeding and his attitude when he was in the wrong. Plus I have 2 witnesses. He needs to be fired!!!!

My package sat for over 48 hours and is now almost a week behind on the delivery date. Would not recommend this office to anybody who wants something done fast.

Ordered an item and the seller sent it through this location. It’s been waiting for acceptance for 10 days so far! What the hell are you all even doing?!?! What’s the point of raising stamp prices if you’re not going to ever ship the item off?

This is now the 2nd time I have placed an order that the seller had my package to this sad little post office same day I ordered but AGAIN here it is 8 days later & they are STILL sitting on my package "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending"! SERIOUSLY!?!!

Worst post office around. The employees work for the people, yet they don't treat us as such. I say fire them all and get a whole new staff. That's the only way this place will turn around. An absolute eye-sore to such an amazing community.

My brother who lives in the 63376 zip code mailed papers to my siblings and myself last Friday. My sister who lives in St.Ann received hers on Monday. My brother who lives in Arnold received his yesterday. I also live in the 63376 zip code, mail has been delivered today and I am still waiting for my papers.
