I asked for some photos online of my graduation and the envelope where my photos came has writing in BIG LETTERS (photos DO NOT bend) and they still bend them and now my graduation photos are bend ?

I've never had more issues with mail pick up or delivery than when I moved to St Peters. They need to train the carriers better. For starters, what it means when the red flag is up on the mailbox!!!
