Went in today to get an ID and Parking pass 10 minutes before closing. Attendant refused and suggested coming back tomorrow at 8 am. We explained that our drive is over 60 miles round trip and attendant didn’t care. This guy was not going the “extra mile” to save us 60 miles, lol!!

I had a horrible experience at the SCC bookstore yesterday. One of the workers was very rude and made me feel upset and uncomfortable. I feel like I am not welcome at the store. She shushed me, she said I CANT READ YOUR MIND, acted like I was an inconvenience to her the whole time and she didn’t apologize once for how much trouble I had to go through just to buy books!! (Including having to walk all the way across campus to the cashiers office/financial aid just for them to tell me to go back to the book store) I couldn’t believe it. What should have taken maybe 10 minutes took an hour and 1/2 !! I’m not shopping here again.

Good selection of clothing and boots. I recommend Cougar Sub, it's a pretty good sandwich. The prices are a bit high but you pay for the convenience.

I've had the worst experience with SCC's bookstore. I went back and forth between the bookstore and financial aid to get a "voucher" that never existed even though the bookstore staff told me it did. Then I bought a bundle access for my program which said it included all 5 books, but it doesn't, which I found out last minute. Now I have to pay out of pocket. No one informed me of this at the bookstore when I came in asking for all the books I needed for my program. What a nightmare.

Always helpful staff. 9 times out of 10 they have what books are needed.

Books are very pricy here but they also have food and a place to hang out and the staff is very nice.

Everything is well organized and always stocked the ladies in the book store help so much my only problem is I wish there were more of them there is only normally one person behind the register and there's always a long line.

Lines can be long and the cafe in the student center has more food variety. Pretty good overall.
