Worst people EVER to deal with!!! They shipped my medicine to the wrong address and then made it my fault so I had to repay AGAIN for the copay!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Very unprofessional staff.. I work for a competitor’s pharmacy and I called for a transfer and the tech was extremely rude to me and spoke to me very condescending. I told her that we’re all dealing with stressful situations and I was immediately placed on hold. When she returned to the call, I asked did she placed me on hold and she sarcastically said yes. I asked for the pharmacist and I was yet again placed on hold for a minute then placed on hold for again and so I finally hung up because then I realized I would never be helped. It’s really a sad state of affairs when we placed our own inadequacies and emotions over the well being of the patients. I will never do business with Excel and would advise anyone to consider a premier pharmacy with outstanding customer service.

I often have a very hard time refilling my compounded hormone replacement here. They loose it, the dr sends the refills and they loose that or say they never got it. The dr says they used to be good but many patients have been having trouble. Apparently there is only one person here who knows what's going on. If you can, do yourself a favor and find another source. Lots of headaches and trouble w/ excel. You will go weeks waiting on your meds while they scramble in what must be total chaos.

I have had numerous issues getting my prescription made and shipped on time. I've had to follow up multiple times on several refills in order to have them finish processing my refill. One time I had to follow up because the delivery of my prescription was overdue, and I found out that the status of my prescription mysteriously switched from 'delivery' to 'pickup'.

Poor customer service. My medicine delivered to wrong address and it has been a week almost. No one calls you back and no response to emails. The cheaper price is not worth the freaking trouble. "UPDATE" Spoke with pharmacist and promised would be here the next day. Still waiting...........

If Customer Service is important to you, I'd advise you look elsewhere for a compounding pharmacy. My last two refills have not been handled correctly. I won't bore you with all the play-by-play details but here's a summary.... 1) Rx was not ready when I drove to pickup though I was told it was. 2) Refill a few months later - again Rx was NOT ready when I was told it would be.I know a lot of places are dealing with staffing challenges (that's their excuse) and I understand it's tough right now. But there's no excuse to tell customers a Rx is ready when it isn't. If you promise a fill date then you need to honor it!But don't just take my word for it. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. See how long it takes them to answer the phone. After thirty seconds of no answer.... that should be your first indication that customer service isn't a priority.

I had been having trouble getting my regular monthly RX through chain drugstores because they didn't keep the meds on hand and my insurance only allows 8 pills versus the 10 that the package of medicine comes in (and most places won't split up the package). In general it had been a huge hassle. I didn't know that this pharmacy existed until my neurologist recommended them. They called in the RX directly to Excel for me. Excel called me to confirm it and confirm my address. Then they filled my RX and had their personal delivery driver bring it to my home for free within 2 days! And they set it up for auto-refill and have delivered it multiple months since then! It has been amazing! I cannot rave enough about this pharmacy.

So grateful my doctor ordered my prescription for migraines through Excel! My doctor informed my that the sumatriptan I was using for years was older and that better medications now existed. Insurance denied covering it, but thankfully Excel works to get it covered for free somehow. Not only does the medication work just as well (but with no side effects!!), it shows up on my porch without me having to do anything!

I've never used them before and was directed by my doctor. Hopefully I will not have to continue to use them. I've been waiting for 4 days now to get my prescription. I understand the P.A. process however, you have to call literally every day to check to see if it has gone through. The technician on the phone even said. Oh I don't know I haven't even checked into it yet.So unless you are cool with calling every day to remind them to check this is the place for you. I've never had a prior authorization take longer than 2 days at most. Still without a prescription.UPDATE: the owner asking ME TO REACH OUT to solve the problem that's on their end is a bit funny. Considering I've been calling daily asking for help with the problem.

Excel was great at first. Then a year into my compounding, they got more difficult to deal with, slower turnaround time, lack of follow up on renewal for refills with physicians office, and even gave me lots of attitude when problems arose. I won't be back!!
