Started shopping here a few months back and my god I hate that i live 30 minutes away. Such a great store! Always have sports cards in stock and a fantastic vintage collection (very reasonably priced)! I’ll be back for sure!

Amazing place with helpful and informative staff that treat ya like they known ya for years. Incredible collection and you can bring in your own cards and they will give you an idea what they are worth as well.

Was lied to about my pre ordered item being shipped, blaming USPS when in reality they just didn't send the product 6 days after the shipping label + item was released. No response through email regarding the item at all and won't be preordering or ordering online from them again.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the kindness they showed while I waited for my cards to be assessed and purchased. I know it can be intimidating at times to try a new store or step out of your comfort zone, but they made things very easy. 10/10 experience

My first order encountered a huge issue during delivery. Collector Store responded to my email on the same day and resolved the issue. The customer service goes above and beyond. Their online store was pleasant and easy to navigate. Prices were also fair. Shipping was fast and packages well secured. To people new to the store, you can shop with confidence.

Usually I love going here to buy and sell my cards but this time I felt like the staff wasn't friendly and I felt like the way they were looking at me and talking that they thought I was trying to steal something. So I gave them the card sleeved I was going to purchase so they could hold them until my stepson was done looking and I could complete my purchase. But they insisted that I pay for the card sleeves right them so I did which caused me to have to make several transaction and that made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there. I alway come here to sell and purchase cards but I think I'm just going to stick to the other shops that make me feel welcomed everytime I come in.

Should be called “The Scalper” store they raise their prices WAYYYY over msrp. It’s disgusting and greedy and they should be ashamed.Example: my most recent visit i went to look for the veloci-ramp-tor commander deck and they had it listed at $90!!! This is a $35 item. Absolutely disgusting taking advantage of CHILDREN like this….

After driving across the US and going to over 10 small business trading cards stores. This one is the best hands down, they always treat my autistic child with kindness and patience. I honestly don't think we can even shop anywhere else for pokemon cards.The pricing is also the lowest I've seen anywhere, you can't beat this place.

Been going here semi-religiously since around August and I have loved it, the one piece events are fair and balanced as well as Pokemon. All of the staff are super friendly and will assist youal and give recemondations to you if you need assistance with may it be with deck building or overall cards.Definitely will be returning.
