Zero stars Purchased a bedroom set on May 16, 2023 When the furniture arrived the headboard had long screws going from the back forward and stuck out into the mattress. I called the store immediately and was promised a new headboard the next week. Next week comes still no headboard so I call now they offer me a mattress cover for my inconvenience. Still no headboard I call again... now they offer me 2 pillows, sheets and pillowcase set. Still no headboard, so I call again, now they offer me a lift for my mattress Still no headboard and now they offer me a check for 20% of my money back. Today is Sept 27, 2023 and I have NOT received my headboard and all the promises made by John, Paul and Jim seem to be forgotten. They now suffer from Amnesia. I have told them to pick up the entire bedroom set and I will never fo business with them again. This Company is so unprofessional, unorganized and a joke to deal with. My recommendation is to avoid the headache and shop some where else. Nothing but a run around and lies from this place. Lisa

We needed a new mattress and very glad we came here. We were able to do a test to determine our mattress preference which narrowed the choices. It really helped to try a few options along with very good pillows. They carry quality brands at reasonable prices and have very knowledgeable staff. Dennis was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for mattresses and pillows.

I had been shopping for beds for my two boys and visited other stores before coming to this one. When my wife and I came into the store we were greeted and helped by Jordan. Jordan went above and beyond helping us find what we were needing. He provided exceptional service! One of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time.

My mom and I were shopping around for bedroom furniture for my grandmother when we "stumbled upon" The Bedroom Store online and decided to visit the Saint Peters location. Immediately after entering, we were greeted by Jordan, one of the friendliest, most gracious salesmen we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He really did everything in his power to make us feel welcome and help us out of a bind; by this point we had exhausted our options in finding a local store that carried the bed frame my grandmother was looking for. Jordan patiently checked and re-checked and then re-checked again (lol) the inventory to make sure we were able to get the bed and mattress that caught our eye. He set up delivery for the desired date, and even offered to deliver it HIMSELF if their usual team wasn't available that day (he knew we needed it ASAP). Oh, and did I mention the delivery guy was nice and professional, too? Long story short (too late, I know), my grandmother is very pleased with her new bed and mattress from The Bedroom Store. We sincerely want to thank Jordan for such a pleasant shopping experience, and we hope all the good energy you exude will be returned to you and your family.

All the sales people were excellent. Couldn't be happier! I worked mostly with Jeff at the Florissant Store. I also worked with Andy and Dennis in Saint Peter's. They answered all my questions. They made it possible to buy the bed of my dreams! Very reasonably priced and courteous sales people!

What can you say about Dennis the store manager that hasn’t already been said in other 5 star reviews? Dennis and I go way back to when i called him roughly 6 hours ago asking if they had plush beds. He indicated that he did and suggested I come try them out. I was tired from having been to half a dozen other disappointing stores with various levels of poor to adequate customer service. When I arrived around 5 hours ago Dennis was there to great meet me and already had what would turn out to be my purchased bed ready to show off. We laid on the bed ( me and my gf not me and dennis ) and we fell in love immediately ( again me and the gf not me and dennis ). Dennis did not try to upsell any items. But he made several great suggestions which led to us buying two pillows and a cooling mattress protector to go with our new bed.In short if you are looking for a quality bed at a discount price with unbeatable customer service then go see Dennis in the Saint Peters location where they are open from 10-7 most days.? ?

Dennis was very helpful. I walked in and told him what I was looking for and he showed me 3 options. I am really happy to have found such a comfortable bed. I recommend using these guys they have many options and are easy to work with.
