Great! I called this place looking for a unit and explained my situation and needs. The lady working in the front office here was extremely enthusiastic and went above and beyond what she had to to help me through every step of the process! I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience than what I had here with the young woman I spoke to! I can definitely say I am happy with my unit and the price and will be recommending this place to any friends and family from now on!

I have had my things stored here for almost a year now, it’s a great storage place. The new property manager Sara is amazing though!! She is a great addition. She understands life happens, she explains things in detail and just makes you feel more comfortable about having your belongings stored there and the whole process from beginning to end. Thank you Sara for your help.

Manager above beyond .the storage itsself clean .only thing is way at extra on 3 units for 24 hour access I go last nite I get in at 9 45 pm go to leave 1030 pm I'm denied access no emergency number no intercom button no email no text no mail nothing no clue when this changed had to have someone come get us put a ladder up and go over fence leave my truck and go back in morning to get so Incase of emergency there's no one to contact or if that gate messes u your stuck that is very very poor .it's not in the lightest of areas noone around to help and why am I paying extra all this time for access and got stuck noone yet 24 hrs later returned our messages from last nite communication or getting in contact with anyone here is a 00 poor

Just rented at St.peters Mo. it was very easy to get a hold of someone to set up a storage unit but once I showed up, no one was at the location three times now can’t get a hold of anyone through the phone and I have ants and my storage unit. I can’t expect anything more.

Storage unit was clean and free of defects. Property manager was friendly and helpful. She even booked my moving truck. Very satisfied so far.

We really have enjoyed being at Steward's lot for the last few years & have no plans to move. The lot is secure, well lit & clean. We appreciate the location of it as well, easy access to the highway. The staff is wonderful to, very tentative and friendly.

Looked around the area for a place to store a few things. Saw the prices at Steward and had to check it out. 10/10 the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, the units are very clean and it's all gated so you know your stuff is safe. If you are looking for a place to store items, go here!

Great place to store. Been there for years and no complaints. I even moved to bigger units.... twice. They made it easy would recommend.
