My recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation was marred by rapid fuel consumption in my vehicle, a problem that has recurred. This issue was previously addressed when a valve stem cap was found missing. I want to make it clear that I do not wish to have Doug Nix as my service advisor. His condescending, racist behavior, and habit of talking over me, which is a sign of being domineering and rude, is not the level of customer service I expect. I also did not receive a service report, which is a standard part of the service.

My experience at St. Charles was absolutely perfect. Jeffrey Morris was so good at pulling cars I wanted to test out and was NEVER pushing me to buy one. He helped me find the best car for my budget and when I couldn’t drive my car off the lot he gave me a loaner and had my car delivered to me all the way in Kansas City. He also made sure my car was fully stocked with rice krispy treats. Amazing salesman! Thanks Jeff!

I have purchased 2 vehicles and leased 1 with St Charles Nissan. My leased vehicle was coming to an end so I inquired on my options. Mitch the salesman I have delt with in the past was off on Wednesday's so he told me to ask for another salesman. That salesman was off for personal reasons so I spoke with Paul. They offered me a deal to lease another Rogue but I was told by Mitch that I needed to bring my Rogue in for a emission end of lease test. I declined their offer and left. Mitch contacted me the next day to see how things went. I told him I didn't want another Rogue but was interested in a Sentra. Mitch told me that he leased Sentra to another customer and it would be the same payment as the Rogue $399 per month. Anyway, I asked Mitch to let me know what the payment would be to lease the Sentra I was interested in. He didn't get back to me and when I called him he said he was busy tying up loose ends before he was going on vacation. He told me he would pass the information to Paul. I spoke with Paul twice on the phone and still didn't get a quote. I decided to contact another Nissan dealer and got an offer. I messaged Mitch to see if they could match or beat the deal since "they make amazing happen" and no response. So I leased the vehicle from Bommarito Nissan. Mitch contacted after I texted him why he didn't respond. He told me he was busy all day with other customers. Thanks for the customer loyalty Mitch and St Charles Nissan. If you truly want a good deal ask for Chris at Bommarito Nissan where "price sells cars".

While looking for a fair deal on a new Nissan for a friend I decided to see if this dealership could help me. Almost right after walking through the door on what looked like a busy day for them I was greeted and instantly helped by Greg Winters. Over the next 2 hours Greg and the rest of the people there made me feel like happy customers that come back is what they care about. All my questions were answered and options laid out to help me find the right car at the right price for my friend. My friend is thrilled with the new car and I'm glad I've found a solid place to go when I'm ready for a new ride, thanks again everyone and a special thanks to Greg for making it fun.

Pam, Dan, Will, and Anna were so helpful in buying me a new car!! Pam helped me find the one that was just right for my budget that included all the features I wanted while Dan helped behind the scenes with some number and Will guided us through the paperwork portion. Anna also made sure my car got through the service center to pass inspections in super speedy times! I am super satisfied with the team at Nissan St. Charles and will be recommending to my friends and family to come here.
