We were so pleased with our experience here! We were looking for a specific 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid and Jason P found one for us and got a trade done within days to get us the one we wanted! He was very knowledgeable about the car and was quick to help us in any way! Sid in the financing department was great on giving us the warranty rundowns and the extra packages for protection. Didn’t guilt us into getting anything extra and broke it all down so we could make the best decision for our needs. We are so appreciative of all help we received and are looking forward to many great years in our new car!

St Charles Hyundai is a great place to buy your next vehicle. I worked with Nick Parisi who was knowledgeable and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. They made sure I was happy with the vehicle I was purchasing. I went with a 2014 Kia Sorrento that fit my budget and a few months later I still love this car. Thank you Nick, Ben, and the staff! Lies and deceit at the dealership from salesman and finance. I like my car but not my experience at the dealership. Salesman says one price, later realized i was charged for it after salesman said it was included. Was told i would get giftcard for the issue. Now told i get no giftcard, after weeks of trying to resolve issue.
Brought out dirty car upon scheduled first visit.
Forgot my down payment of 3k, i was honest before driving off and paid it.
Forgot to put on temp tag.
Forgot to tell me i had to bring part cash for down payment, making me take 3 trips.
I have witnesses and proof in writing that what i asked for was included in the price.
Made me buy accessories amounting to $500+, i did not want. Because "they came with the car".
Being spoken to in the most passive aggressive way was after being nice.
I came in knowing what car i wanted, being preapproved, showing up on time, and having a 3k down payment.
Finance distracting during process making jokes, asking irrelevant questions, and playing games of tic-tac-toe. I missed this increase in sales price of vehicle, but noticed it within a few days. Saleman emailed me saying the increase was not what he said, yet i get to pay $749 more.
Will take this to corporate and remember this anytime someone i know is looking for a car.
Real close to just taking the car back, complete disrespect, i feel tricked.
No need to respond to me on here, will take matter up with corporate.

I had the pleasure of doing business with them yesterday. My salesman, Blake Meyers, was incredibly helpful. He took care of me from start to finish. He helped me set up my BlueLink app, made sure that everything was in tip top shape, and even called this morning to make sure everything was still going well. 10/10 will recommend to any friend.

I had to purchase a new car in July 2024 due to my car completely dying. I had a great experience with Sales Associate Kevin Jackson, who was very patient, very open communicator, and who guided me through the entire process with ease. While I had gotten approved through my car insurance for the car loan, Kevin actually found a much better deal and interest rate offered by Hyundai and alerted me to it.
Overall I had a great experience with Kevin Jackson and the dealership as a whole. Kevin, a Veteran, is a great choice for anyone looking for a low pressure sales associate who will do their best to ensure you find what you need and within your budget.

I was so well taken care of that I couldn't think of one more question. Weldon Streeter was wonderful and he was assisted by Rizzo. I did not come with the intention of buying a car today but I absolutely could think of not having it. So that was the first day....
I had made the salesman well aware that when we came back to finalize the deal that I wouldn't accept the high rate of interest that they proposed to finance the car. The salesman assured me that if I brought my bank's rate that they would match it.
When I returned two days later to finalize the deal I brought the bank's rate which I pulled online and also called for assurance with my bank. Not only was my credit score excellent but we were paying almost 20% upfront, the dealership manager would not match our interest rate from our bank but did not move off of theirs.
I was so upset that unfortunately I let the deal stand and brought the new car home without saying something. I did say something today, days after, and feel better so I wanted to set this record straight. Again, unfortunately, I was not given the manager's name who was so callous as to not talk to me and just disregarded everything that I had been told by my bank, his sales staff and my financial advisor.
I stand by all that I posted here and I have improved my rating because the dealership reached out to me and helped me with a better interest rate. Whether it was my incompetence for not speaking up or their 'after the fact' remorse due to the review I cannot speak to. That will be left to you.

St Charles Hyundai recently provided excellent service! I had an emergency with my 1-year-old Palisade, as the battery wasn’t holding charge and needed a jump start every time. While other dealers gave me appointments at least two weeks out, St Charles Hyundai accommodated me as a walk-in due to the urgency. They identified that battery went bad, handled the warranty with Hyundai, kept the car for 24 hours to complete all testing, and delivered it the next day. Thanks to them, I only missed one day of work. I appreciate businesses that go out of their way to help customers when they need it most!

Kevin Thomas is a good salesman, i recommend him. The downfall is the sticker price was 18k…on a Hyundai sonata. I walked out and paid 32k…this is ridiculous.
UPDATE: Rhonda was able to call me, and explain everything needed. She has been very helpful in this process. I now understand why my car is priced the way it is.
She will be someone I’m calling in the future about help regarding my next vehicle .thank you Rhonda..your an asset to this business.
