In December I bought my wife a new Apple Watch. When I was there the gentleman was filling in from another store. He was very helpful. However, the printer wasn’t working and he wasn’t able to print my receipt so I wasn’t able to view the return/exchange policy. All the store had in stock were large watches so that’s what I had to get.When I gave it to my wife she said a large would be too big and would need to exchange it. We weren’t able to get to the store until 2/2. When in the store the manager(Lauren)wasn’t present and was speaking to her employee over the phone and relaying the messages to us. Lauren refused to speak with us over the phone, even after asking to speak with her multiple times.Lauren would not let us exchange a brand new, unopened watch for a smaller size that they clearly had in stock and sitting on the counter in front of us. She told us we could call 611 and they might be able to exchange it for us. After calling 611 they told us it was the stores discretion to do the exchange.We are long time T-Mobile customers for both personal and our business. The terrible customer service that I experienced today will make me start shopping around for a new carrier. I would not recommend this location. It’s clear they aren’t concerned about customers.

If I could rate a 0 star I 100% would. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they try and over charge me and made me pay fees I wasn’t even aware of before hand, when I noticed and said something Iris gave me major attitude and tried to argue with me. It took 2 times for her to get my refund somewhat correct and even then she still would not refund the full amount due to some policy that me and my boyfriend were not aware of before. They had me pay double, what I even should have for something that wasn’t even set and made it seem like it was the total and then after paying said I’d still owe over $600. Worst experience definitely will NOT be returning.

This store was horrible to deal with. The representative was pretty nice for the first 2 hours. For the last 1.5 hours she was not engaged. Taking personal phone calls and extremely rude. The manager was within ear shot and did nothing.

I came in 09/18/23... it was 11am....there was just the one female employee in the store... And I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Usually, in the past, I'm greeted with "please sign in, wait an hour, give us your password and verify... how can we help? oh sure let us look at it, come back in 2 hours..." BUT NOT TODAY MY FRIENDS!!! She immediately took me, just asked why i was visiting today, AND NOTHING ELSE! Thank god. I wasn't in the mood to jump through hoops.... and the problem was my charging port had a large piece of plastic that had lodged in my phone port from peeling from my phone's plastic laminate, preventing it from charging. She removed it, within 2 minutes of me handing her my phone. She fixed it, and verified it would charge. I was on my way in under 15 minutes total!!! I didn't ask for her name, but she saved my week, and did it quickly with NO HASSLE. I'll continue using T-mobile as my carrier, and I appreciated the no hassle service I recieved today, for once, that was a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Thank you, and thank your employee for me. I am truly grateful for that experience. Thank you.I'm glad you're finally treating your customers as customers.Thank you again.

I just got done there and spoke with Camryn. What a class act of customer service she represents. Whoever manages this place please KEEP HER. She fixed my phone not being able to charge for MONTHS and she fixed it in a matter of minutes and was extremely professional and just an amazing representative of T-Mobile. Thank you so much Camryn!

Camryn the store manager was phenomenal! I called early morning to explore adding a line to my plan for my mom. She answered every question, and was patient and pleasant. Three hours later when I went to the store she remembered my name and details about our call and got things moving quickly. We were in and out in no time and she even found a few promotions to benefit us and our situation as well. Prior to this I have never had an experience with a cell phone store that hadn't made me want to stab my eyes out. Kudos to Camryn!

This location is a JOKE. I was there for 4 hours trying to buy a phone. After paying off my existing phone, they couldn't figure out hiw to get the new one to go through. I purchased a tablet which wasn't in stock, after all. They changed my plan to a new plan that doesnt cover the tablet, now the $100 tablet is $699 or I can pay $35 additional per month just for the internet sevice.This place needs some training!!!
