Bed is comfortable, bed is way too expensive for the materials that make up the sleep number system, installation went well but crew was not very friendly.

This store is the bomb !!! And so is Ben the sales person -- I have dealt with a couple different ones and Ben knows his stuff. Plus I went to another mattress store and looked at knock off number beds -- ridiculous pricing this place not only has a great product they have great prices.

We recently purchased a Sleep Number bed and couldn't be happier with our decision! The entire process, from start to finish, was a breeze. Our sales associates, Shokouh and Ben, were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, ensuring we found the perfect mattress for my wife and me.
The showroom was clean, well-organized, and inviting. We felt comfortable testing out different beds without feeling pressured. Once we decided on our mattress, the rest of the ordering and pricing was smooth and efficient.
We are very anxious to receive our new Sleep Number bed in a few weeks and are finally looking forward to a good night’s sleep (this will be our fourth mattress in less than two years).

We ordered a bed on 2 /12. First delivery on the 19th rescheduled 30 minutes after appointment window was over. Second delivery appointment on 28th was rescheduled for 3/15!!!!! After spending about $7K on a bed about 6-7 years ago I feel compelled to leave a review of my experience over that time.Over time, on my side of the bed my mattress slopes so that when I get close to the edge I feel as I might roll off, I have tuck a pillow under my right side to prevent this.Since this is a split top bed, you have to buy special sheets sets to fit it from Sleep Number, and so far, every set we have purchased tears on the bottom. At $300-$400 a set any normal person would expect much better quality. I have never rips a sheet set in my life. All of theirs have torn.I will never give Sleep Number any consideration for my future needs. Both the company and the product are not the quality you might think they are.Update:After leaving this review, Sleep number responded by telling me I should call their customer service number to get my issues resolved. What they don't know is that I already did that prior to leaving the review, in an effort to give them the opportunity to take care of the issue responsibly. After speaking to a CSR on 1-26, she promised me a phone call at 9am on 1-27. 1-27 came and went without a call, so did 1-28 and on 1-29 they left a voicemail stating that they are declining any assistance with my concerns.So, calling the customer service number again will do me no good. I am open to the opportunity for them to take my concerns seriously and I will be happy to remove or update my review.

The St. Peter’s Sleep Number Store is the place to shop.The staff is a team. Each one is there to make my experience a great one. Their patience with me is commendable.

Do not trust this company or the sales people. You need to know that you cannot return the adjustable base. The salesman clearly said we will get all of our money back if we wanted to return the bed knowing full well we wouldn’t get a dime back for our $3,500 base. Trash human working at a trash company. Stay away. Also the bed is LITERALLY JUST AN AIR MATTRESS THAT YOU CAN DEFLATE AND INFLATE. The whole experience was a joke.

Buyer Beware!!! I have had this bed less than 18 months, and it doesn’t hold air. Of course when I purchased this bed, the salesman went on and on about the quality is so good it’s backed by an amazing 15 year warranty. What he failed to mention is that warranty apparently only covers the first 12 months. After the first 12 months, it’s “prorated” and the prices are so inflated your part is ridiculous. If you’re on the fence, find another place to lay your head! I wish I had never given this company my time, much less my business. Very disappointed in the quality and disgusted with my customer service experience after the sale.

We stopped in to look at beds at this location and was very happy with the friendliness we received when we walked in. She was very professional and was able to answer every question we had. Even though pricey we did purchase, but honestly having a good bed is so worth it. I'm having to add to this review on 3/13/23: I received a call from the service center out of Minneapolis Minnesota today and spoke to one of the MOST rudest representatives of a company I have EVER dealt with in my life (and I have dealt with many in my lifetime) Now understand this was purely a return phone call on my part to them JUST to confirm a time on delivery, literally NO BIG DEAL. Welp not for this representative, I was unaware if the name was in my name or my other half's name, so I politely began to give her his name first and she rudely stated that was CLEARLY wrong, like okkk calm down lady, let's try mine, so I started to spell mine out to hers and she stopped me mid sentence and said MAAM MAAM MAAM NO that's not correct NO, very loudly, well ok, that's strange, let me give you our address, no she wouldn't accept that either, then could they have spelled our name's incorrectly maybe I asked (I'm still being polite) she then responded w I WILL NOT LET YOU INTO THE ACCOUNT, at this point I said lady I'm just returning your guys call and if you can't find the information do I need to cancel this I'm a lil nervous now? She then interrupted me and says what is your name, I said again (stated my name and what do ya know, it's in my name!!!! I was FURIOUS at that point bc of her ignorance and truly thought of canceling our order! I let her know I would be following up and I did contact the store we ordered from and they truly are very nice people at the St. Peter's store but the service center is absolutely horrendous!!! It's unfortunate bc this one disrespectful, unruly representative, took what was a 4 star review all the way down to a one star and almost lost a sale and in all honesty still may..
