Better selection than most places around. Typical prices. Not cheap, but not DSW.

I went into the mid rivers mall location in St peters mo this past Sunday. Now granted we arrived at 540 and they close at 6 but we just needed 1 pair of shoes for my son. At 542 they start yelling out that the store was closing in 15 minutes. Ok, no problem, I'll be finished by then. At 547 a guy named Gary starts yelling that there was now 5 minutes left... ok, odd you now close at 552 but ok... but then at 550 Gary decided he was just going to go ahead and shut all the lights out in the store to move us along... he then turned them back on and says directly that we need to go now. I proceed to grab the pair of shoes I was trying on and head to the checkout. She rang me up and the time was 555. As I walked out, Gary's face was beat red with anger and he proceeded to slam the metal fenced door. Pretty unacceptable experience during open business hours.

Store wasn't open yesterday til 2pm the general manager lied to security multiple times. Saying she was on her way but some guy name Rome ended up showing up. When i went up there monday she looked pretty high off meth or crack. I will never be back it was over 10 people waiting to get in the store yesterday plus they have no A/C & a crackhead manager. Shut this place down I'm going to city hall! & HOA!

Was told if I wanted the balance on my gift card checked I would have to buy something what kind of place is not able to check the balance on their own gift cards but okay was also told they don't do military discounts then later I looked at the website and saw that they do do military discounts so I don't know what's going on with the people at this store and there are also way too many employees at this store and not enough traffic for them also the white lady at the front with the brown hair I don't like how she treated the cashier guy who obviously suffered from some type of autism just everything about this store other than the prices of the shoes kind of turned me off the black lady that worked there seem nice and I don't know if the black guy was a manager or what but he seemed pretty stale
