Very good experience. I was helped very quickly and we got the paint color I wanted fast. Looking around I thought the prices of their paint supplies were very reasonable. I already have a lot of paint supplies but I'm going to keep them in mind. It's a good one stop shop for paint stuff.

Blown Away!! My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Joe and his team at the St. Peters location!! From answering our questions, to guiding us in the right direction for our deck staining project, we are thankful that Joe took the time and went above and beyond with his customer service skills and making sure we have everything we need. We will absolutely be back for our next home improvement adventure!! Thank you again for all of your help!

The service here is refreshing! In a time when great customer service can no longer be expected, it's nice to see some companies still care about helping customers with their needs. Every time I pop into the store, William is there with a smile on his face, immediately greeting me and asking how he can help. He's so knowledgeable that I'm always able to find what I need, and he gets me in and out without ever making me feel rushed. That kind of service keeps me coming back. I'm done with home improvement stores. This is the experience I want every time.

My husband and I have tried many paints, but Sherwin Williams products are high quality. Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and helped in my selection.

Wife picked up a large order for our new house and accidently forgot 2 cans of paint. Spoke with Will at this location and he was quickly able to resolve my issue. Not only that, he went out of his way to contact a store closer to our current residence so that I would not have to drive 45 minutes to his location. Great customer service and will definitely be coming back to SW as a result.

First time painting a room in the house. I really wasn't sure where to start. The room we were trying to cover up was a very bold and outdated color. I received a great education, and great customer service. We couldn't be more pleased with how the room turned out. Thank you for all the help.

Will was amazing. After trying to get a less expensive stain elsewhere, which ended up being 2 trips and time wasted at another store, I ended up at Sherwin Williams where Will matched wood for a custom stain until it was a fantastic match, was very personable and professional, and even included a coupon on my order. A fantastic experience after a very long day. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Service! The gentleman (Joe) working walked out to my car to let me know that they closed at 6pm and wanted to make sure he could help me before he locked up the store. It was even after closing time (about 6:05pm) cuz I was talking on the phone before entering. After going in, he mixed my paint and was super kind.Rarely have I ever seen (at least in these days) an employee walk out after hours to go out of their way to help a customer. I commend them for a job well done and going above & beyond. I pray this person is blessed in all their future endeavors and well done to Sherwin Williams for properly training your employees to give great customer service!

Professional and helpful staff, quick service. Excellent quality paint. Was disappointed this time that the base coat I needed was not available and wouldn't be available for 1 - 11/2 months.
