My husband and I had an excellent experience. The delivery guys were professional, courteous and assembled the furniture in no time flat.The sales people were awesome as well. Highly recommended them for quality furniture and a good experience.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and the employee stayed sitting and said look around and if you need me I’ll be right here. Seemed he was too busy talking to a friend or new hire and didn’t want to work. We were looking to buy furniture that day and you lost a good sale due to laziness.

They responded to my prior review here and ordered a new chair which looks great and I really appreciate the help to resolve. I wh given 5 stars if the chair had no issues at first. The current manager is great- I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Thank You very much!

Their furniture is attractive and reasonably priced, BUT if it has any parts that may break, such as latches, hinges, etc., it will take weeks, if not months, for them to do a repair on a broken part.

I love this store! Purchased many items from here and will be returning for more soon. The sales rep., Liam, was always kind and helpful. I needed to switch out a couple items and it was no hassle at all. Their furniture is modern and built well. We haven’t purchased anything new in 15 years and now we have many new pieces of furniture and artwork that we can enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend Scandinavian Designs!

We purchased three counter stools from Scandinavian Designs in St. Perers, MO, in addition to several other pieces of furniture. The stools were inadvertently not loaded on the delivery truck, so the store manager had them sent by a carrier at no added expense to us which was nice as we didn't have to wait until there were other deliveries to our city for our delivery to be scheduled.Unfortunately, the stools were not packaged properly and arrived with damage. The mark of exceptional customer service can be seen when there are problems such as furniture arriving damaged. I give the store five stars because of the staff's willingness to work with us to make it right and convert an unfortunate experience into one that leads me to recommend the store without reservation. We will shop there again knowing our patronage is valued, and the store staff will handle adversity with grace and understanding.
