I needed a few products they had run out of and the very professional woman with black curly hair took my list of products needed and took my number and promised to call me when they have those products in. I thought it was very kind and was mightily impressed with both her and the staff's professionalism. Every time is a win even if they don't have my products in stock. Thank you!

Not super friendly, some are better than others though. I’ve personally never had a super pleasant experience here. I’ll go to Cosmoprof for that. Also, please get a new system for your receipts I don’t even get one half the time.
