I called for a quote and to be honest the quote was low but I was curious about the coverage for the price so I told Eric I would get back to him after I looked into it. Eric proceeded to call me every day and tell me how I had to sign that day or the quote would expire. After days of multiple calls per day I told him I just wasn't interested and asked him not to call as any interest I had in Allstate was lost due to his high pressure tactics. Not only did he continue to call he continued to email. After comparing the coverage with other companies I realize why they wanted me to sign without reading their coverage was a fraction of the other companies and Allstate's reviews were awful. I still get emails even after unsubscribing multiple times so I warn you contact them at your own risk.

I contacted this office to get a quote for my new home. I was given a number that sounded great but wanted to compare it to other companies and look into Allstate's reviews. I told Eric I would call him and let him know. It seems Eric was a bit impatient he proceeded to call me every day sometimes twice a day telling me I had to sign right away or my quote would expire. I didn't understand why a quote would expire. After several days of this I had enough of his high pressure sales tactics and told him that I would be going with another company as a result. I asked that I no longer be contacted. Still to this day I receive emails even after unsubscribing from them multiple times. I don't know if this is true of all Allstate offices but I would never do business with a man who operates like this.

Excellent Rates & Superb Service. I would Highly recommend.After adding a New Teenage drive, my last Insurance agency said they ran the quotes & the Best They could get me was 5K yr with everything bundled & 10 yrs of loyalty. I Called Rich Billings & via Allstate he was able to keep my Can Insurance with a New Driver below 2k a year.

Dont cancel your policy with them, they will keep taking out payments every week after. Then make you wait a month for the credit they owe you.

Terrible place last time I was there! Customer service=0 stars! 1 star is being lenient. I literally go to other All-State offices because this one is so rude and disrespectful. The lady working the front counter is a joke! After telling her I don't like this office and want to change office as the main, she got defensive and said "ohh, you can't. Everything the other office can do, we can". Uhmm yea except provide good customer service. I always go to the one on Salt Lick. Awesome and helpful employees there, especially Courtney and this other older woman. Only my main All-State office can do certain things. They told me I couldn't change! I think it's because they needed customers to remain open or whatever. Anyways, beware of this office!!!
