“So I've always gone all the way to a Fallon from Saint Charles to pick up my chicken food which is such a long drive. I just had surgery and I thought I would give it a whirl just to see if I could bring up anything closer to Saint Charles so that I could get chicken food closer to homeTo my surprise, I found a location in Saint Charles and I never heard of it before and there were no reviews so I thought I would still drive up to it just to see. It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.”

“long-time customer here and wish i could give them a 5. customer service is fantastic, product is never a problem and prices are fair. drivers are always courteous and even with this last delivery the driver was very polite. the problem i had, and it's not the first time, is that they pulled that truck onto my concrete driveway. i've been in construction my entire life and that is simply something that no one would ever do on the jobsites. i was dumbfounded that they lack the common sense to fill from the road, which by the way, is a closer location to my tank.”
