One annoying person tells you what to do, and only 1 cashier. Every time i've been in there it's been a long wait. There comes a time when customers get sick of waiting and find another bank that can service them.

No one answers the phone - and yes they are supposed to be open. Had an appointment set up for a phone conference but they did not follow up.

Don't plan on spending any less than 20 minutes in the drive through. Even for something as simple as a deposit, they will make you wait. I have gone to other branches and not had this issue. I will likely do so from now on.

We have attempted to use this branch for service three times and been turned away each time. Once they offered to make an appointment for us for a week later. The staff the last two times have exhibited poor customer service and have been cold and unsympathetic. Nobody has been able to help us with our needs. We will likely be banking elsewhere after our terrible experiences.

I liked the PNC bank around here on the Mid River Mall Dr. Those people who works in the PNC bank are awesome Cool and friendly. They helped me with my questions and understand. Keep up Great Job to St.Peters PNC !!!! I need PNC bank nearby so I can walk up there cos my car broke down. Thanks.

I was just in your branch this morning and was requesting a large sum of cash. I will be honest, I came in on edge because the past few times nothing was explained in detail to my employees about why certain procedures are in place. Taylor, was extremely accommodating and answered all my questions. I can be a little snappy, so I apologize for that, but I am happy to have better answers. As a business owner, it’s very stressful to not know why you can’t have access to your funds, so thank you again PNC.

I've used this branch as my main bank for personal and small business banking for over 8 years. Staff there are friendly and personable. While they have not always been able to provide exactly what I wanted on every occasion, they have always explained the policies or reasons and helped me find what I needed. Overall, this is the best bank I've ever done business with.

Simply a small business review not. Not a Reflection on personal banking. Tried to connect on PPP process. After 12 attempts and no local help I moved most everything to a community bank. Who took time to actually help.

I arrived about a little after 11:35 am at the Mid Rivers branch to open two accounts. After sitting for about 5 minutes I stood up to talk to the teller to notify them of my intent. I waited in line a couple more minutes, finally talking with the teller about 11:45 or earlier. He was even keeled but informed me the accounts people were busy and not be able to open my accounts, since they closed at 12. I have never known banks to turn away new accounts if customers arrived before the doors closed. This one does. Is this PNC bank policy or the policy of the employees at this branch?
