The dog washing deal is really nice. But the dog food is SEVERELY over priced. The same brand of dog food (blue) is literally HALF the price for the same weight down the street at Walmart market.Edit: owner replied that they price match, which I was unaware of. My mistake. 5 stars if thats the case!

We did an volunteer adoption event at this location and the entire staff was amazing.Also if you needed what has to be the largest selection of dogs baked treats in the tri-state area. THIS IS YOUR SPOT.We bought cookies for our dogs to enjoy while we watched movies at the drive-in and the cookies were devoured with the dogs declaring them as TWO PAWS UP in their review.Run, walk, trot, saunter or cantor over to this spot as soon as you can!

Best deals in town that I have found. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Coupons in the mail are great. Easy location to get in and out.

Worst groomers I've ever had the displeasure of subjecting my dog too. Didn't do the haircut they were supposed to do. Acted like they knew better about my dog than me or the veterinarian that we take him too. And dropped my dog on his back right in front of me. Wouldn't send my worst enemies dog here. 02-21-24.

Great store with a nice selection of pet foods and toys. Special thank you to Kayla as a groomer. My mother-in-law brought her dog in for a de-shed bath and sani trim. Kayla takes the time to come out and talk with her clients to make sure of what they are looking for. But most importantly she is very passionate about her career and always goes above and beyond. When we went to pick up, Poppie had been groomed the best she had ever been. She was so soft and her coat was brushed out so well. She also had a great trim and her paws were cleaned and trimmed perfectly. We will continue to come back regularly for these same services.

My fiancé booked an appointment for our dog, Benson, at 9:30. So we arrived at the store at 9:28. All the lights were off and the sliding door was turned off. We looked online and the store opens at 10. So then my fiancé called the store in case someone was there to answer our question on why we could book an appointment when the store isn’t open. The lady that picked up was the same lady that extremely messed up our dog’s haircut last time at a different location and was extremely rude to us. Her name is Elizabeth. We asked Elizabeth about Benson’s appointment. She told us that his appointment was scheduled for 8:30. We received confirmation multiple times that his appointment was at 9:30 today. She then asked if we could move it to 2pm today. We told her we can’t because we are busy today. She then asked multiple times “So you can’t do 2pm today?” We politely told her we can’t and explained why. She then told us to open the sliding doors to get inside the store. I told her that would make it look like we were breaking into the store. She gave us so much attitude that we hung up on her, and it was to the point she was calling us stupid again like last time but even worse. We are now done doing business with this company. This is stupid that we changed locations for our dog, and Elizabeth is basically following us and still being rude with loads of attitude for no reason. We really enjoyed this company until we encountered Elizabeth.

As for pet places go this one feels cared. Very homie for a dog lover. With that said I typically judge a pet store by excluding cats and dogs and all there animals seem healthy and well looked after and again that says a lot when talking about a pet store
