Awful. They wait two weeks to ship my item out and won't let me cancel or refund. If you value your time and have any sense of respect for yourself just go local and stay away from PANDA MOTORWORKS IN MISSOURI. The owner actively avoids customer interactions and doesn't provide any service to the business.

I had a great buying experience when I ordered a set of Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 coilovers from Panda Motorworks. Aside from getting the lowest price I've been able to find in months, shipping was also free (these are very heavy and expensive items to ship). I was told they'd be here on a Tuesday/Wednesday, so I set up the install with a local shop for Thursday. I know - no room for error, but it was necessary. True to their word, FedEx delivered them on Wednesday afternoon, and they were installed Thursday. I can't tell you how grateful I am with the whole Panda Motorworks Team, especially Caleb in sales. He continuously checked on the status of the shipment to ease my concerns regarding the delivery date. Thank you all for a job well done and I would not hesitate to do business with you again...

I would not allow this shop to build you a motor or do a build for you. Took them 4 years and 40k spent for my 650whp panda built motor and trans to barely last 10 pulls on the street. Received car with a nasty oil leak of the 35R turbo drain, loose ground wire on the battery and other annoyances that caused the car to sit after getting it home. Communication throughout the years was garbage and I should have listened to the ST/RS community and should have pulled the plug on this build. My money is gone my motor and trans let go after 10ish pulls. Thankfully I have a daily. This company does not have a reputation for good motor builds and you can add my 2.3L head/bottom end combo to the list. Trans was "built" with syncros, bearings and lsd and a twin disk clutch. The motor went while idling during a warm up cycle something in the head either timing jumped or something else. The only good in all this is their tuner troy is a great guy and a awesome tuner, but outside of that I would stay away from this place. The motor also had excessive blow by from day one, anytime you got into boost you had to add oil. This company also likes to blame its customers for their failures...see below.

I sent my focus st to this shop and it took them 4 years to build this car. Communication was bad, I often times had to chase the owner for updates and usually got a vague response. Got the car back and it did not last long, both the built 2.3 and the built trans blew around the same time. The motor let go while idling during a warm up cycle. Company has poor build quality and no quality control. They also like to blame the customer for their failures. They will do so in this review to. The car also had to sit for a bit after getting the car back from panda because of a nasty turbo drain oil leak right off the bat. Car had other issues to like the ground of the battery coming loose constantly after tightening it. Other annoying issues to like extreme blow by to where I had to add oil constantly to the car. Over all 40k spent and was wasted, should have listened to the ST/RS community and stayed away.

Panda provided race support for a rally team that I co-drove for.The entire experience from the beginning of the rally to the end was nothing but top notch.The guys are super attentive to the the needs of the drivers and the cars.Extremely knowledgeable, and honest.Basically bent over backwards to ensure we had an amazing race.Can’t say enough about these guys.Highly recommend!

This guys are no joke! Hands down one of the best businesses around. They truly care for you as a customer and do everything in there power to make your experience the best possible. I had a few problems when it came to a back order but they fixed everything right up. Parts are legit and service is great. I understand where some of the bad reviews come from, but you need to understand some things are out of a business’s control. I would recommend Panda to anyone and will be doing business with them again. Great team and I couldn’t be more happy!Also shoutout to Mitch! Cool guy and really goes the extra mile.

Just recently had my car tuned by Troy and the response time was unbelievable! Even after the first revision the car was running so much better, and by the end of the process I am more than satisfied. Will definitely be shopping and working with Panda Motorworks in the future.
